Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Billerica

Absolutely THE WORST customer service at both local Dominoes in the Bedford/Billerica area!!! These people cannot understand simple questions. I called the first one in Bedford which was 1.2 miles from my location they said they don't even know where the st I was on was. I tried to explain to no avail, even though it was a major/main road. End that call and called the other that was 1.8 miles away I started the convo right off with do you deliver to such and such an address she replys yes. Ok great here's my order blah blah blah, ok sir your address? Do you see an issue developing here? I'm like I asked you before we proceeded with the order do you deliver to this address you reply "yes" she then states they do not deliver here. I'm with the rest of the crowd on these locations they straight up suck. I like Dominos pizza it's a great chain thats usually very consistent location to location. I've been all over and had them even Puerto Rico and the services were consistent but not these ones. Zero stars isnt low enough, where is the negative...

Karla met above expectations for a dominoes restaurant normally when you think of a chain pizza place at 10-11 at night you don’t expect to get the quality of service that I did here my order instructions for the pizza was not only proportioned evenly over the whole pizza. The pizza was cooked to perfection! I read about delivery times here before I ordered and not only have I found them to be untrue but it seems like people expect the world out of employees at chain rest that can do not better than any other mom and pop shop in the world! Placed my order at 9:55-10:00 received it at 10:15-10:20 at the latest. Anyone who reads this needs to know you get the quality you pay for and you shouldn’t expect anything quicker when ordering dominoes on a rush hour for dinner! Ordered carry out delivery to my car and 10 minutes past the time i clicked “here” on my phone, still no pizza or worker in sight. Went inside the store to try and pick it up and three workers all ignored me as well as another lady waiting so I said whatever and went back in my car and called the store. Finally someone picked up and I said I’ve been waiting for my pizza in the parking lot/inside for over 15 minutes now past the time it was ready and some worker came out handed me my order and then proceeded to give me sass when I said thank you. Like ??? Not to mention last time we got delivery they were an HOUR and a half late past the time they said we’re going to be. Idk what’s up but free pizzas aren’t gonna make up for the lack of customer service
