I hate writing bad reviews but this is important knowledge for customers trying to time manage accordingly for work, and maybe some constructive criticism that can be taken into consideration for this location. Even if you place a mobile walk-in pickup order time-accordingly/in advance, if itās a busy morning, THEY LOCK THE DOORS for everyone! And yes, that includes mobile walk-in pickup orders!! So then youāre stuck with the ultimatum of whether or not you have the time to sit in the lengthy line through the drive through for an extra 30 minutes (not kidding) even if your food is sitting there ready, or ditch your order and waste time, hunger, and $. Ugh. Itās Russian roulette ordering here; they either screw up your order, forget about it, or make you unknowingly sit in an extended, lengthy drive-through line regardless if you use the app beforehand or not for walk-in pickupā¦. At least just leave the door unlocked for walk-in mobile orders and tell others that youāre only taking new orders through the drive-through. I understand times are hard nowadays but this is a major inconvenience and sometimes a waste of money to a TON...

Lately theyāve been having the lobby closed due to understaffing, which is totally acceptable. I understand after the pandemic things have been rough on people and companies. However what is NOT OK is that they are keeping the lobby locked for everyone. So the past 3 times Iāve ordered here, instead of walking in and just grabbing my pre ordered coffee, Iāve had to wait RIDICULOUS times just to pick up my online order. Iām behind 13 cars currently. The lobby should be unlocked for people with online orders. Itās not that hard to put a sign in the door that says ālobby closed except for online order pickupā. Worst Dunkin ever. This morning, I was the only customer in the drive thru and no customers were inside. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich - which is supposed to have bacon, egg, and cheese on it - but after waiting several minutes I got a croissant with some bacon. No Egg. No Cheese.
On multiple previous visits I have waited as long as 15 minutes without the drive-thru moving at all. One by one the cars ahead of me would pull out of line and drive away and I eventually did the same.
