I just went to this Dunkin, not 15min ago and when I rolled up to the mic the person said “Good Morning Jazmin you’re all set!” I didn’t get much sleep last night so this confused me for a minute and then it made me laugh and I thought I better leave these guys a review. I started coming here at the beginning of the school year, it’s not on any of my normal routes but it’s not far out of the way, it’s the closest after I drop the kids at school and the the Dunkin north of it can be slow and some of the employees a little clueless and the Dunkin south of it is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen full stop. I think some of these reviews are ridiculous and evident of the part customer play in the slew of bad experience we’ve all been having and seeing post COVID; it’s a two way street and yes customer service has declined and so have customers dispositions and patience. Everyone is stressed out, a lot of employees have little to no experience because most of the ones that new what they were doing quit for the boosted unemployment checks during COVID, not blaming them it is what it is. A little consideration can go a long way and we all should know by now that when corporations take a huge financial hit, the first thing to go out the door is courtesies because they’re trying to scratch back their loses anyway they can; don’t take it out on the employees. This location has always been clean and efficient and I’ve never had a bad experience even before some of them knew me. Maybe not all the employees are the most chipper people I’ve ever met, but why do they need to be? They’ve never been disrespectful or contested my order if I said something was missing, they just went ahead and fixed it or got it. If you live in the Boston area and don’t know what Dunkin is by now we don’t know what to tell you. If you’re ordering $5 drinks at Dunkin and complaining about it, you probably belong at Starbucks and you should go there if you prefer it and wait 5 hours for a drink; not sure how that’s Dunkin or the employees fault. With a Starbucks up the road it sounds like they went to Dunkin deliberately to complain about it. Although I frequent Dunkin much more I like both places for different things but they are different kinds of places in my mind like apples and oranges. I find the mobile app helps to prevent order mistakes or line hold ups especially when I’m ordering a lot. If there’s an item I want that’s not on the app they gladly add it to my order if I let them know at...
Read moreOK I don't know what the heck is up with this Dunkins but it is by far the worst I've ever been to. There has been a string of times where I would order a hazelnut coffee and then after I drive away I would taste it and realized it tasted off. After a few times, I realized it was raspberry!
There's also been other times where I've ordered different flavors and it just doesn't seem strong or it doesn't seem like any flavor was put in. This particular location always seems to be a mess on the weekends. If you mobile order before you leave your house you can still be waiting upwards of a half hour because they don't always put the drinks out even when they finish an order. I have seen them put them out in bulk and watched 5 people in front of me grab their drinks and leave.
It seems to be related to this Dunkins specifically in Billerica. If you go to one of the other ones nearby and you order coffee, it actually tastes...
Read moreToday was really bad service, the server was Valerie B. she was rude and not paying attention, talking to another server. I go in and order two Combo 3's, and the employee had to look at the board and check what the combo 3 was, Ok i thought, maybe she's new. Then she asks what would you like, so I tell her my bagel order, she rings me up and I pay. I then go to tell her what I want in the coffees, all of a sudden she has an attitude and said "is she making it" I looked at her and thought, but I only talked to you?!. I asked at that point doesn't combos come with coffee, and she replies, "well I'll have to charge you, you didn't say them together!" At that point I didn't even want to talk to her anymore and didn't want the coffee either. Guess my order wasn't simple enough. But my bagels were delicious...at least she rang...
