Dunkin' — Restaurant in Billerica

I go to this Dunkin’s every day because the staff is always super nice, quick service and the coffee is perfect and food is fresh. Well today I went to get a breakfast sandwich and it was just me in the drive through and I wanted to get a dozen donuts for my co workers so I asked when I pulled up to the window, again just me in the line. Some woman making the food lost it on me and was swearing and screaming no saying I need to pull back around and everyone around her asking why saying it wasn’t a big deal and this lady is going off saying the time and there’s someone ordering behind me and I was at a loss of words. I will be contacting corporate and making sure whatever needs to be done to get her written up or fired will happen because she shouldn’t be working with people if she can’t handle the smallest inconvenience. This location at times fall behind with orders, causing the line of cars to block a section of 129E, which can be dangerous. Some of staff is nice and attentive, the speed of order is OK but could improve such as their customer service. There is one person in particular, most mornings i don't get a "good morning" "thank you" or "have a nice day". I don't get any response from the short women with black hair wearing black glasses, i think she's cambodian or filipino. She comes off angry and extremely rude, and without saying anything her body language does all the talking. I can understand the job playing a role, however when you work for a company dealing with the public, you need to be polite, and kind. doesn't matter if your faking it, it has to sound sincere. otherwise people will notice and write awful...

So to start The staff was friendly. The girl working on Wednesday night was nice but I could see she didn’t understand how to make a tea with milk and sugar. It was a very strange experience asking for a tea with milk and sugar and receiving a tea with no sugar or milk. she was very confused. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with a bit of cream cheese. When I open the paper there was a nicely toasted bagel but no cream cheese on it. After eating the bagel plain I found a package off cream cheese in the bottom off the bag😂 I though a coffee shop would make it as the customers asked. They do at all the other Dunkin’s I stop at.
