Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Billerica

New to the area. This was my first time patronizing this Starbucks. The staff was professional. Not overly friendly but that’s ok. I came in about 8:30 on a Saturday morning. It seemed busy with “call aheads”and drive through items. I walked in. I was surprised at the non-cleanliness of the inside of the store but then again it was busy Saturday morning. My shoes stuck to the floor and the trash receptacles were obviously not cleaned regularly. I could not find a sleeve for my hot coffee and was not offered one. I did not want to ask for one because I had asked for a stopper and that didn’t seem readily available. Since the woman that got it for me didn’t speak to me at all after see said my name when my order was ready I didn’t want to bother her again.

I used my app and I did tip about 15% on the app.

I do like that that store opens at 5:00am so it may be convenient in the future but I’ll go through the drive thru as to not be reminded of the not so clean inside. But I...

I can't get an order correct or fast. Feel uncomfortable about my drink, I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade venti went my friend picked up my drink was just the lemonade but they charge like the original drink, when he went inside the store the manager said oh we don't have a dragon fruit but it is the same (like what?) And she try to be so mean with him to try to convince him is the same and pay the full price. First of all the lady at the drive thru had to let him knows about the situation or somebody to explain to him. Plus she is a huge lier when I called her told me and at the end we gave him the drink( just lemonade) and 4 dollars credit where is t is less expensive... let you know the venti mango dragonfruit lemonade with taxes cost 6.05. Again terrible terrible service today I tried to get sandwich with croissant and don't have, Swiss cheese.. don't have, pumpkin coffee on the middle of September... don't have what kind of Starbucks...

Definitely a frequent flyer at Starbucks. I make several coffee runs each week, but it’s hit or miss at this location. I typically order dairy-free drinks and my order is often underwhelming compared to other locations. On the off days, I’ve waited a half hour for a mobile order, I’ve left with a drink 3/4 full, drinks that were made incorrectly/missing ingredients, or made with burnt and overly- steamed alt. milk This is obviously disappointing when the cost of the drinks are on the higher end anyway, but also require additional fees for alternative milk products. The inconsistency is enough of a reality where it's challenging to know what you'll get. That being said, when this location is on point, they're...
