We ordered 2 Large pizza's for delivery at 10:45am asking if it could be delivered for noon, to celebrate a coworker's birthday. They let me know that it would be there give or take 10 minutes of 12:00pm.
By 12:15 I gave them a quick call to make sure things were okay, the woman on the phone let me know that the delivery driver "would be there any minute."
by 12:30 I gave them another call back and I believe the manager answered. I asked where our order was and he informed me that it had been "Delivered to the wrong building." and that a woman would be calling me. I had to transfer calls to answer what I assumed was the delivery driver calling. It was however a woman from another company that had accepted my pizza order, somewhere else in our large office park.
The staff upon finding out that my order was sent to the wrong building, proceeded to give my phone number to a random person I have no association with. The expectation was that I could go to the other company to pick up my order - Something I could not do because we have meetings planned and I am not able to track down the location of my order.
I gave Suppas a call back to inform them that I could not just go get my order. They offered to make two new pizza's and send them right away. Delivery was finally made with the fresh food just after 1:00.
The food was excellent. We really loved the pizza. I am just very unhappy with my phone number being given out, our pizza being delivered to the wrong company & building, and that I was not immediately contacted by the restaurant themselves once they realized what...
Read moreFor years, Suppa's Pizza has been a familiar name in the local food scene, but like any long-standing establishment, it was in need of a fresh start. Under its new management, Suppa's has not only been revitalized but has been elevated to a new level of excellence. The changes are subtle but significant, starting with a renewed focus on quality ingredients and a commitment to customer satisfaction that shines through in every interaction. The first thing you notice is the atmosphere. The new team has done a fantastic job of creating a space that feels both inviting and clean. It’s a comfortable spot for a quick bite or a relaxed dinner with the family. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work, which is a welcome change that sets a positive tone for the entire meal. But let's get to the most important part: the pizza. The new management has clearly invested in a high-quality product. The crust is a standout—it's got that perfect balance of crispy on the outside and wonderfully chewy on the inside, with a satisfying lightness that doesn't leave you feeling weighed down. The sauce is bright and flavorful, with a pleasant tang that complements the richness...
Read moreHave ordered calzones/pizza here 4 to 5 times per year. I Always pickup. I usually end up waiting beyond the time they tell me to come. On my last visit I waited 30 minutes past the time they told me to pick up my order. The workers were pleasant when I picked up the order and while I was waiting. We called in the order. We asked for a bbq chicken calzone. They said it wasn't on the menu but the person on the phone asked someone in the background if they could make it and after they discussed it with each other they said they would. The calzone we received was inedible. It was a shredded meat and not what we ordered or expected. It was like a canned shredded tuna except chicken. It was mixed with BBQ sauce, cold and putrid. When I called and spoke to the manager to ask them if I could return it and get a replacement they said they don't do that. To many customers tried to cheat them to do that. Very disappointed that the manager doesn't understand customer service. A good response to a poor service experience can make a loyal customer. A poor response to a poor customer experience creates a customer willing to tell a hundred people how...
