City Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Billings

I am a guest staying at the hotel when I went for a long run outside. It’s August and hot. There was no line at all. I asked nicely for a cup of ice water. The cashier could see from the sweat dripping from my face I needed water. This lady took forever to get me a cup of water. She was adamant about charging me the $.25 for the ice water which I happily pulled out my credit card and paid for. I don’t know why it’s so hard to give a cup of water to number 1 a guest of the hotel, number 2 a runner and 3 curtesy. Great place that's kept nice and clean and employees are great as well, but the coffee is a different story. Sorry guys but if I'm going to pay $6 on a large coffee. Then I would like some flavor and have the coffee I order actually taste like caramel. It tasted just like regular coffee with ice and nothing else. I just hope the espresso I got with it gets me going. Its pretty disappointing when McDonalds can make a better macchiato than you guys...

I used to think it was watery. To make the taste better order it with an extra shot and extra hot. They have a lot of sugar free options unlike a lot of other places in town. They do have coconut milk and they have a rewards program. Atmosphere is great for meeting a friend. The drive thru usually doesn’t take long.
