Off Main Deli And Bakery — Restaurant in Billings

My only complaint and it's not really a complaint is that I run out of bread because there's so much of everything on the sandwich! I don't eat sandwiches at other sandwich shops and always look forward to going to Off Main when I'm downtown. Anytime I've had a problem they've been quick to fix it. Yesterday the app to order from didn't show the classics (chicken salad, egg salad, etc) so I was afraid they had stopped selling those but when I went in to pick up my order, those sandwiches were still on the sign, thank goodness!! It made me step out of my comfort zone and order something different so I got the ham and the club and they are delicious! We occasionally order breakfast or lunch for our staff and we like to bounce around. The food is mostly good but the phone etiquette is awful! Several times that we have called in an order we were greeted with a less than patient staff member. There is no description of their pasta salad online, we asked what kind of pasta salad it was, she said, “the same as it is every day”, well great, what’s in it???? The entire order was taken as if it were an inconvenience to the staff. We tried to call in this morning, greeted with the same “what do you want” attitude. My husband and I have eaten over a dozen meals at this deli and every time we have been pleased with the quality of food and service. The sandwiches are all delicious, customizable, and have hearty servings of meat. The bread is amazing as well.
