Elegant Spatula Bakery — Restaurant in Billings

Wow…what an incredible cake that was created by Elegant Spatula and Bakery. I called on a Saturday and asked if was possible to order a custom cake for Tuesday…not only did they deliver a fabulous masterpiece with a hand painted train on the cookie, but loaded it with chocolates and handmade truffles that were out of this world. The owner asked specific questions about who the cake was for and what he liked…I said, “Chocolate, eclairs and trains.” They made the most delicious chocolate cake with eclair like filling. When I went to cut the cake (My husband and I had planned to share a piece)…. My husband took his first bite and said, “You better cut yourself your own piece!” The cake was the best I have ever had and I eat a lot of cake…lol! It was so moist and the frosting was amazing too! This bakery also makes cookies, pies and other yummy treats beside cakes. Their price point is so reasonable. The owner told me it’s her goal to have her cake in everyone’s household…so she keeps a great price point. My thoughts were, Billings, MT is so fortunate to a business owner with her mindset. Definitely a 5 Star...

For the past two years we have used Elegant Spatula for all of our cake and cupcake needs for any celebration. Our wedding in November 2022 was by far our most important order. I can't rave about them enough. White wedding cake is my favorite cake flavor hands down, and Elegant Spatula has by far the best. Can’t say enough nice things! I ordered dessert items for a memorial service and these ladies really outdid themselves! My dads favorite was apple pie, but we requested something single serve so we didn’t have to have someone cutting and serving. The cutest tiny pies, several crust/topping options, they were perfect. The brownies and candy bar cookies were also amazing. Not a lot makes you smile at a memorial, but these did because my Dad would have loved...
