I was with my family to pick someone up from the hospital. I'm from GF. I was dining in and there was this guy who was intoxicated. He also seemed like he was mentally disabled. I don't know for sure, but he came in and was trying to talk to the workers there. My aunt went up to him and asked if he needed help. My mom was also with me. She works for AWARE (iykyk) so this really made her sad because all the workers were doing was telling him to get out. He was just asking for 10 dollars. He asked my family but we had no cash. He was struggling to communicate, amd the staff were being rude to him. They told him to get out and when he was trying to talk to them. Not sure what he wanted, but he wasn't causing any harm. He actually came up to me and my family to wish us a happy Easter. But anyways the guy didn't leave. He was trying to say something (idk what) but when he didn't leave one of the employees said they were gonna call the cops. And then tried to physically take him outside. When he left the worker said something along the lines of "he's been outside all day talking to himself. He just needs to find somewhere else to go." I just feel like mentally ill people should be treated better. This man wasn't being aggressive or anything. But yea just wanted to share that the employees weren't the nicest. Read moreWent thru drive thru for a $20.00 fill up... Nothing on any board states, "all dark meat" And from a distance, the pictures are not clear of that either... Have been to this location many many times and only order the $20 fill up and have had both white and dark meat. The drive thrue male employee with a black beard started yelling at me that they never give white meat. In essence alling me a liar. Then accused me of looking down on him because he worked for KFC. I went into the store and a very young girl told me she was the general manager, also basically called me a liar... WILL NEVER VISIT YOUR STORE AGAIN!!! AND WILL BE FINDING OUT WHO OWNS THE STORE AND FILE A COMPLAINT AND ALSO A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. For those of you to young or whatnot, The BBB is the Better Business Bureau... There are way more professional ways to handle these kinds of situations... Obviously ,the team at the 27th street KFC, doesn't know anyway except to argue and yell at customers...very horrible business...
Read moreI don't think that it was cool to serve me chicken that has been on the Counter waiting for biscuits for about 15 minutes or so.I went through the drive through And was told biscuits was not ready so I decided to wait the 12 to 15 Minutes So they set my other Food items on the counter to the side after some time went by I went to the lobby to get my food And notice the same bag sitting there. My chicken was cold and skin was soggy and I had to warm it up in the oven as hot as it is🥵 I work hard for my money and would appreciate a hot meal from an expensive fast food place which is worth it but chicken isn't cheap and with all the sickness going on It's getting scary and food should be served at temperature at all times.
