Jack the General manager has an issue with me stemming from, an order a few months ago. He's very rude to customers, he yelled at me as if was in kindergarten.
He told his workers not to make an order unless I came in and paid for it first. He is upset because I didn't come back to get my remake in which it was originally a delivery. A delivery that I had paid for and tipped the driver. My pizza was supposed to be well done but, not burnt and, cut in squares.
However, they forgot this request and tried to cut it in squares after it was already sliced. Also, it was beyond burnt. So, that was a few months back. Now I ordered a few nights ago and, a young man answered the phone and said that he can't deliver to me because Jack said no.
On top of that they placed an order for pick up but, after 35 minutes I go in to pickup my order only to find out Jack told them don't make anything until I come in and pay first. From that I had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes for my order. I was also told that I'm not the only customer that gets treated that way and that that store is ran Jack's way. He is very, very rude and disrespectful.

Read moreGodfather's Pizza, ah, where do I even begin? It's not just a pizza joint; it's a portal to a simpler time, a memory that's etched into the very fabric of my childhood. I can still smell the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked dough mingling with bubbling cheese and savory toppings, a scent that transports me back to those carefree days of yesteryear.
I remember walking into that cozy pizzeria, the sound of laughter and chatter filling the air as families gathered around tables, eagerly awaiting their piping hot pies. And oh, the anticipation as we placed our order, agonizing over which delectable toppings to choose.
Then, when the pizza arrived, it was like magic unfolding before our eyes. Each slice was a masterpiece, with its generous layer of gooey cheese, savory sauce, and toppings piled high. And the crust? It was perfection incarnate, crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside.
But it wasn't just about the food; it was about the memories made around those tables, the laughter shared, and the bonds strengthened over slices of pizza. Godfather's Pizza isn't just a restaurant; it's a nostalgic treasure trove, a place where memories are made and cherished...
Read moreLunch is good. Salad bar has many options and many pizzas to pick from. I liked the taco pizza and the bacon-cheeseburger pizza. They also offer Mac & Cheese, meat balls, and fries on their lunch buffet.
We have been there many times since above review was written. Lunch buffet is consistently good. I cashed in my free buffet ticket (1 free after 10 purchases). My wife and I go to lunch once or twice a week. 3 of 4 times to Godfather's Pizza.
Other pizzas include pepperoni, cheese, combo, ham and pineapple, and above specialty pizzas.
It is on Main street in a strip mall with a traffic light so it is a quick trip from downtown Billings and back. (I think it takes us about 5 minutes both ways from US Bank's parking lot at 4th Ave and 28th Street North.)
2/5/2018 visit and still...
