It was 12:54pm on 8-19-24 when I went to this Hardees.when I arrive noone had said anything to me until I said hi. After saying hi I was told "I will be with you when I can" after finally being helped approximately 8 minutes later I started to order I asked for the original big bag with chicken wrap and "I'm not doing that" I said I'm sorry why. "We don't have the wraps for them" ok that's fine I switched my order up a bit. I then asked for a DP "We don't have Dr pepper" ok then got something else. We didn't get helped until the person in front of us got food and pulled away. When we pulled up we sat there for 5 minutes until greeted but all she said was our total barely even looking at us. It took another 15 minutes to get our order. As we pulled away with our food the person behind us pulled up. It's like they won't help the next person until the 1st has food and all. And are rude. Your in customer service Heidi please do better at it. It's not actually hard I have been doing it since 15 and am 34. Make ur customers aware if you are out of product and don't be so rude. I tip my good customer service window attendants on a regular but you were far from deserving it. I get it the job sucks. But you could make it better for you and others simply by smiling and changing your tone. Actually caring gets better responses then how you treated us. You lost out on a tip bc of it. Not many tip window attendants but some do when they try. Especially since most don't try at all. It looks even better...
Read moreI’m not sure that I could rate this restaurant any lower. I should’ve known by the lack of cars in the parking lot that this would be an incredibly terrible experience. As we entered the facility, our feet stuck to the floor because it was so filthy all the way up to the order counter. The order taker Langley seem to Be the most competent employee on shift. We ordered several different items, including a chicken sandwich when we receive said chicken sandwich it appeared to be a burger because it was burned so badly. In the time we were there there were three orders that they had messed up in our to go order was handed to us on a tray. We chose to bag it ourselves because no employees were wearing gloves or hairnets. The entire dining area was extremely filthy, the fountain area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and nothing had been stocked. Once we receive the chicken sandwich, we requested a refund and the employee called someone on the phone. The employee who was calling seemed to be high and the other person on the phone wanted to know why we had requested a refund. The primary reason is the unsanitary conditions and the appearance...
Read moreWe went through the drive thru this morning, and had the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I’ve had in this town in a VERY long time!! I honestly just couldn’t get over how friendly, and polite the young man was. Seriously I was recently out at a sit down restaurant here in Billings, and our waitress, was moderately friendly and the service was mediocre. In the world we are currently living in, customer service has gone by the way-side. I called back shortly after we were there to let the manager know how impressed I was, and the young man that helped us was Lane…. Lane: I know Hardee’s isn’t your forever job, but you’re already ahead of the game in comparison, to many other individuals, your age! Just from our interaction with you today, I can see that you will have incredible success in your future!! Keep doing what you’re doing, and those character traits that we got to see and experience today, will take you far in life! Friendly, courteous, manners…you had it all…
