I had been through twice last night, the first order was 4 Beefy Fritos Burritos add sour cream and add onion (which we charged for) and 3 Loaded Nacho Tacos (which we were charged for). The second order was 2 Bean Burritos with no onions, and 1 Loaded Nacho Taco add sour cream and add onion (charged for onion so they didn't add sour cream to ticket order). Both orders were completely wrong: no sour cream and onion was added to either order, and the bean burritos we're not regular bean burritos, as they had rice added. All 4 of us were highly dissatisfied, and I had volunteered to call and ask about if there was any way we could have something done, as I didn't want to have everyone else be thinking so poorly of this location's accuracy and all of us were thinking we would never come back to this location, nor any other Taco Bell for that matter. So I called and spoke to a young man, explained my problems, and he told me explicitly that I could "come in, say I spoke with Jasmine, and my orders would be remade." No mention of receipts. So I came in, and explained to the cashier what had occurred, and as it turns out.. I was now speaking with Jasmine! The person I spoke to on the phone was not Jasmine, but as she put it... "One of the other team members." She then asked me if I had the receipts for the orders. I explained that I had the 2nd receipt but not the 1st receipt as it was left in my friend's car who is now back in another town, and didn't want to have to drive back to Billings for it. The young lady told me I could not have my orders re-made, because I didn't have both receipts. I then went out and got the one receipt that I did have, and came back to ask for a managers phone number. Well, Jasmine is the manager! So I asked for the person's number above her. She then left to supposedly retrieve this phone number, I stood at the desk for 10 minutes while she was supposedly "looking". She finally returned, and told me that she had instead called her General Manager, and they told her to tell me that I must call the corporate number, which they would not give me. So in my opinion, she must have told the General Manager some lie about what was really going on, before I could have a chance to speak with anyone above her, to make her look good. She told me I would have to go to "the Google" if I wanted the corporate phone number. Added to this issue, there was a customer who came in during my waiting who had her order made incorrectly, she did not have a receipt, and they took care of her right away! I was polite and respectful and kept my voice at a low level, as I have worked in the fast-food industry and know how difficult it is to deal with customers who are making a scene. I am beyond dissatisfied. I came in to see if they could make it right, and they made it worse. I will never come back to Taco Bell. There is a McDonalds across the street and I will be giving them my business from now on. I was lied to multiple times, I felt looked down upon because of my problems with the accuracy, and treated unfairly by Jasmine, the young manager who is clearly incapable of taking care of a customers satisfaction level properly herself, as she had to sneak into the back and quickly call instead of handle the situation, which has now lost a total of 4 well-paying customer's service. She didn't even offer to have the food remade for the receipt I DID have! I will never forget this horrible experience with Jasmine nor the entire franchise. I will be going to Google to find the corporate number and speaking to them personally, to see if perhaps they will take care of this...
Read moreThis particular taco bell manager trains his employees to lie to his customers. Very rude person. His policy not taco bells require if they get your order wrong you have a choice. You have one week to come in to get the order right or come back from your house to get a refund. No coupon just come back after you sat down to eat at your house. The person on the phone said he was the manager come to find out he wasn't. 3 things wrong with the order, when i asked the so called manager his name so i could tell his GM he refused to supply his name or the GM's name.. again the GM's policy not taco bells policy. The GM tries to blame customers for there experience at his store. What kind of customer service is that. I was told by other managers at different stores the this particular taco bell has a lot of complaints, and that they wished that store wasn't part of the franchise. This is what happens when kids running a store with no supervision. I will not go to this taco bell and tell my clients and friends DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL if you want you order right and any kind of customer service. By the way the GM said this was going to be a training store. I think i have heard that before. josh the GM is rude and unprofessional. i think someone else, anybody else would be a better at the GM position. Lots of bad reviews and i think false reviews on google.Owners should do something about josh or train him the right way to do business. He personally told me he is not worried about his job. where is the owner of this establishment. Do they ever check in or care about the customers experience. Good luck if you go to...
