Main issue: There's a sign that the lobby is closed so use the drive thru, but there's often an SUV parked to block of the drive thru. Just change your hours to day when you're actually serving so I don't keep wasting my time, especially with gas prices going up 😡 I like the Paneras I've been to in other cities and hopefully this one improves. I had the paid beverage membership for a few months last year but stopped because it took so long to go through the drive thru in the morning, which is the worst time to need extra patience if that's your first coffee of the day amirite? Started the drink membership again last month because it includes charged lemonades now and there was a promotion for free membership until July 4th, but what's the point of a membership to keep people loyal to the brand if you guys aren't actually open when you say you are? Really don't like leaving early for work to get coffee and turning all the way into the parking lot only to see that SUV blocking the drive thru. I often have to navigate around other people turning out of the parking lot for the same reason. At least all the extra time I allow for Panera's slow service gives me time to go to over McDonalds. Sad to say but it looks like Billings Panera is going the way of...
Read moreEdit: I went here today and just happened to look over and see the worker grabbing my cookies with her bare hand, she had one glove on that she touched a ton of stuff (drink, doors, etc) with anyway and still grabbed my cookies with her bare hand. So I simply asked for some new ones. I didn't feel I was out of line and the worker looked extremely annoyed (I was already embarrassed for even asking) and then they fixed it but went in the back where I heard another worker angrily say "I already got the cookies" and then after a awhile brought my food out.. I felt judge and made fun of because I wanted my food at least somewhat sanitary. I have contamination OCD and this really bothers me it's hard enough to go out and feel normal and eat out like others do I ended up not trusting any of the food and started crying before I could even leave because I felt so embarrassed I don't feel I should have been treat this way for this. I probably won't go back. I hardly ever make complaints like this for this exact reason getting treated poorly for it. Now I've wasted my money and the food... it may not see like a big deal but to someone with ocd it is... Original:of my favorite places to eat. The lemon drop...

Location was nice, easy parking, clean and fresh inside. But I diverted to Billings for the night since this was the only Panera for miles and it's my go-to for computer work and they were out of everything.
I arrived at 0830 in the morning and they had no plans to make any more bakery items. They don't even carry cinnamon raisin loafs, which is my morning backup.
What is with food places that run out of food a few hours after opening and have no plans to make more? You might as well close up for the day if you don't know how to manage your business.
Also sad Panera no longer has berry options for cream cheese. Some people have nut allergies and chives doesn't scream breakfast bagel to me. Not a location specific problem, but I could have made do if this was still an option (at least have jelly available).
Edit: Stayed an hour and ordered an early lunch. Again, not location specific, but again, disappointed Panera no longer has their balsamic dressing option for salads. Limits the food options even more, especially at a location that is out...
