Its Roasted — Restaurant in Billings

If I could marry a burrito, it would be from It’s Roasted. These guys absolutely nail it every single time. The burrito? Life-changing. I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re working with back there, but it’s officially the best burrito we’ve ever had—no debate, no takesies backsies!

Their place is always spotless (seriously, you could eat off the floor, but like… don’t), and everyone behind the counter is so friendly you’d think you just walked into a family reunion, minus the awkward small talk.

We’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. This little spot is a total gem in Billings, and we feel extremely lucky it’s in our backyard. If you haven’t tried Roasted yet, what are you even doing with your life?

A Must-Try Takeout Gem! This takeout spot is an absolute favorite! The food is consistently delicious, with flavors that leave you craving more. The elote corn is a standout — mouthwatering and available in a variety of creative, flavorful options that never disappoint.

Service has always been courteous and impressively quick, especially considering everything is made fresh. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

While there’s no dine-in experience, the ordering and waiting area more than makes up for it — the culturally rich atmosphere immerses you in a vibe that reflects the authenticity of the food.

I’ve been eagerly anticipating the chance to try this place for over a year, and I was finally able to last night. I can honestly say that the quality and flavor of the food far exceeded all of my expectations (which, after a year of anticipation, were quite high!). I am thoroughly impressed. My fiancé, who has over 16 years of experience working in kitchens, was the one to pick up our order.
