Tarantinos — Restaurant in Billings

I will update this review if the owner sends us the check that we were promised several weeks ago.

About a month ago, we ordered delivery and we let the person on the phone know that we live in a locked building. We left our phone number and told them to call us when the driver was there. About 1.5 hours later we received a call that from the driver saying that she had the wrong phone number and that she had been outside for 20 minutes or more. I went down to pay and the order was significantly more than my girlfriend had told me it would be. I tipped anyway because I felt bad for the girl, but once I got the food up to the apartment, I realized the order was completely wrong. We got two pastas and they were both incorrect (we only ordered one), our pizza was cold and it was incorrect as well. All three items were missing toppings and the pasta was barely warm. We called to talk to a manager and the owner gave us a call to apologize and let us know that he could not keep reliable employees and that he was sorry. He got our address and said that he would send us a check for the amount of the order. We were very patient and waited several weeks, but no check came. My girlfriend even called to check and see if they had forgotten but nobody has called us back. We were loyal customers but at this point we are very disappointed in the service and the fact that we were promised a refund and have not...

Tarantinos would get no stars from us but it wasn't an option so I had to pick one. The pizza took 1 hour and 15 minutes to show up and when I mentioned this to the delivery driver he said he was the owner and they were really busy. I said so is Pizza Hut and they don't take that long. He said he didn't have 5 drivers delivering. I opened the box and felt the pizzas and they were just warm, he said "Oh they're hot". He didn't apologize, he took our money and left. We tried to eat the pizza but it was cold and under cooked and tasted terrible. Solidified cheese and soggy crust that wasn't even brown on the bottom. We got the Gyro and Fajita pizzas and all 4 of us agreed that it was some of the worst pizza we had ever eaten. After trying to call for 10 minutes but getting a busy signal I finally got through and guess who I got to talk to. The owner again. I told him that the pizza was cold and I'm sorry but was just not good at all. He argued with me over and over stating that our pizzas had just come out of the oven. He never apologized once. I told him his customer service sucked and he offered to give us our next order free. I told him that now I was mad because he argued with me and he should have offered that pizza for free at the door because it took so long....

Today I wanted to try a place that I haven’t tried before. I was craving some good new food to test my taste pallet with. Today unfortunately that did not happen. Not only was the food not very good the time it took to get my food was a whole other story . I am the type of person that tries to find the good in everything and always finds a positive even in a bad situation so here it goes. The good and the bad .... The hot sauce was good, the pizza was not worth the price . The bread sticks were amazing but the wings were sooo bad. 😢 They were slimy and mushy and so gross we didn’t even finish them. We spent $50.00 to throw away a bunch of pizza and wings . I won’t be ordering again from this place for many reasons . Hope they turn it around . I wish the best for them but I won’t be one of their regulars...
