Overall good food and atmosphere. Service note: they have a gentleman employed at the front who is rude and is fake nice to people. I saw him be rude to a delivery driver because he asked the driver which order they were there to pick up but didn't wait for the answer and started talking to the driver next to them. He then got mad when the driver raised his voice when he asked the second time, claiming he didn't hear. He proceeded to be rude to the driver telling him he didn't mean to made him mad. The driver wasn't mad and ried explaining but the employee refused to listen rudely filled out a card for a free blizzard card for the stunned driver. Not paying attention to any customer is ridiculous. My kids saw this happen and I had to explain to them the behavior. On top of this yhe employee started talking to the other driver about how he was raised to be nice and that apparently some people aren't raised that way (basically talking about the other driver.) I was appalled that someone working the front counter is such a jerk!! I won't be going to store in Grand if that is who that have taking care...

(hot sauce packet for scale) food was delicious but i ordered a large and the fries are a small at best. and what happened to the ACTUAL LARGE drink cups. this is a large blizzard cup.... are you guys shrinking everything so you can keep the price the same to match with inflation? are y'all shrinkflating? i know this is not a big deal and i'll still eat here but still. look at the material🤷🏻‍♀️

UPDATE 15 MINUTES LATER: my dad just got back and got an actual large. but they didn't give him his card back. he had to keep going back and i felt bad for him. and they never even gave us the receipt. please stop putting teenagers on drive thru if they can't tell us the truth (last photo is the comparison)

OKAY last update since dad finally came home: he finally got the receipt and turns out, drive thru teen just lied and told us that the regular was large. we even asked "is this a large?" and he very clearly said "yes" multiple times. it's very obvious he was lying for no reason. please don't...

My shake order has never come out correct in the probably 30+ times that my partner and I have been there. Every single time it comes out with the fake, oily, foamy whipped cream that we specifically ask for them to leave off. It has never been a bit enough deal to talk to a manager or complain, but it is a nuisance to dig the whipped cream out of my shake every single time because the employees choose not to follow directions. I am leaving this review because we actually stopped tipping the employees for this reason. I'll keep going there because it's the one closest to my home, but for the people reading this: DO NOT expect your shake or malt to come without whipped cream, even if you order it that way a hundred times.
