Awful customer care. On multiple occasions the staff has been insanely rude to me. I called asking if they could refill a prescription that I've been taking for awhile now and before I could finish my sentence the pharmacist interrupted me and in a very rude voice said we don't have it call your doctor. And this isn't the first time they have been rude to me and have failed to be of any help. I have gone to an osco pharmacy for awhile and out of the several oscos i have gone to i have never had this much trouble. My doctor has even been annoyed with the fact that they have made it very difficult to fill my prescriptions. On one occasion They tried withholding a very important prescription from me they told me my doctor needs to send a new prescription and when she did they still wouldn't fill it and said my doctor needs to call them and tell them in person and again it was one of the same prescriptions I have been taking for awhile. The pharmacist must think she is a real doctor and can diagnose and prescribe people that she's never even met. Awful experience i have started to go to the pharmacy down the road because they are rude, lazy, and apparently know nothing about psychologically or anything about medicine in general. Shouldn't be working there if they are too lazy and under educated to be of actual help to people. Would strongly recommend that people choose a different pharmacy it's not worth the time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to get my prescription after a doctors visit knowing it takes about 15 to get to the pharmacy & 20 to get my prescription filled, because I canāt walk very well do to burns I went right away because I had a ride and canāt drive,went in and a lady told me it would be about 20 mins (as expected) so I went sat in the car and waited a little over the 20 mins and then went back in for them to tell me another 20 mins again, which was fine I told my ride and saw they had a drive through and I wanted to go there because all the walking was killing me so my ride went to the bathroom came back all tabout 10 mins so we go through the drive through thinking we could wait the 10 mins not knowing you couldnāt wait and when my ride gave the women my name she was so rude and yelled at us because I had apparently only waited ā3 minsā very unpleasant experience and horrible customer service. I work 3 customer service jobs and would never talk to someone like that completely unprofessional. I also just changed pharmacy since moving and was previously going to the Albertsons on reberg 10/10 recommend them over this pharmacy i went to them for years and they were always kind and efficient. Couldnāt believe this.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had this happen to me twice where I've gone in and gotten something because it was on sale only come to find out it's not price correctly which is not my fault that is the businesses fault. As somebody who works retail when my people miss something and something's not price correctly we override it to correct it because one it is our fault and to make the customer happy. Literally got a Hershey's candy bar that was labeled 10 for 10 which would have made the Hershey bar $1 it was ringing up $2 whole been run of it and then the girl goes and pulls from another one saying well this is $2 and I'm like that's not where I pulled it from literally pulled it from right here. I get that that one I got mine from. She's like well it's labeled wrong do you still want it will I want the candy bar cuz I'm having a little sugar level and I kind of need it. But honor your price how hard is that you guys oops that's not my fault honor the price . I literally will only go now to the Albertsons on Central or WinCo . Because at least they have decent employees at those places. Do right by your customer so you don't lose your customers that's why I do...
