The first time I went was just after they opened. I gave a 5 star rating. They wanted to impress and they did. I did a review and praised them. The second time they would get a 4 star rating. Today I would give the a single star. All 3 times I ordered an Italian Sub. The first two times a girl stepped forward and helped them make my sub. Today a different girl did not know how to make an Italian Sub. She had to ask me how to do it. There were two customers after me and they received their food before I did. I can not stand very long so when I arrived I sat down. When it was my turn, I got up and said I wanted an Italian Sub. Then I walked down by the cashier and sat down and waited. The later two people stood in line and received their food. I did not. I waited and waited. There were no customers. And I waited and waited. The food preparers visited with themselves. Finally one lady asked what I wanted on my sub. I said all I wanted was Italian Sub. She did not know what to do. I said if she did not how to make an Italian Sub, I did not want it. She said she could and I gave her a chance. The cashier had nothing to do and started to waste time on the counter behind him, for at least two minutes after she placed the sub on the wrapper. I was the only customer and he was not busy. Finally he cut the sub and wrapped it and placed it in a bag. I paid for it and left. Driving home to Roundup I ate the sub. It was not as good as the first two. Oil was running down my shirt as I was driving. It was very bland. She did not know how to make an Italian Sub. According to my credit card receipt I left at 12:02 PM on August 27.
