This is not a tourist town like Cody. Nobody goes to your McDonald's because the cuisine is really good, we all go there because it's quick and cheap. Keep raising the prices and see if business stays steady. This isn't Cody, stop raising the prices like Powell is the next Jackson Hole. I assure you that will never even come close to happening, and Taco John's is right next door. They actually have better food, I'll be going there from now on. Also, don't hire smarta☆☆ kids that treat your customers in such a way they should get checked for real. This ain't Cody either, never will be, we stand for, and expect better on this side of the Basin. If that were my child acting like that.... Ain't no way it's continue... Maybe some actual customer service training should be going on something fierce. It only takes one smart allec lil quip of a comment to lose a local customer for good. Congrats to the teller Wednesday late morning that didn't know what to say after her lil condescending quip was met by an "excuse me lil princess, wth did you just say to me?" No apologies, just an entitled teenage girl with eyes the size of your chincy pancakes cuz she wasn't quite aware that some people will hold her accountable Immediately and directly for thinking she could talk to a grown man like he was 20 years younger and, like, just, like sooo beneath her monumental pedestal she thought she was just entitled to. That was straight up egregiously shameful. I'll come by for a $1 dollar coffee on the app curbside to check in. Story old as time, it's always the actions by one negatively agreeing things for 10x or more people. You treat people in your Cody store worse. If you expect things to be like that in Powell, maybe you should start looking for buyers now, you're going to need to before long. Prize prices and prissy punks won't fly. Crazy what a difference going 25 miles...
Read morePlace is always a circus, no one knows what they're doing. Orders are always messed up, wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Even goin in during non rush hours you'll still wait 20-30 mins for a simple order of a couple burgers.
They can't seem to get any order correct. Spent almost 45mins in line last night, to have them give my food to the ppl ahead of me, gave me half of someone elses order, the only item they got right out of an order of 2 6pc nugget kids meals with choc milk and 4 mcdoubles no pickle was 1 happy meal. They gave my burgers to the ppl in front of me, then remade them while I waited in line just to give me some other burgers that wasn't even close.
When called they said "oh come back we'll remake it. Weve got a couple new ppl." You had that chance, twice.. an messed it up both times. And expected me to drive back across town an waste another hour+ of my night to ruin another meal. No thanks, was supposed to refund it. Never did, so here we are.
Go to the one off central or the one of main in the heights.. this one is worse then the one in the truckstop in Lockwood. Least the truck stop gets the food right consistently, even if it takes 45mins to get "fast food".
Side note, plow the drive through! Watched 3x different cars get stuck an customers was pushing them out. Just so they could get through to...
Read moreWe're in the process of teaching our 10 year old daughter with Autism some basic social skills. We're working on ordering food while practicing common courtesies. She's struggling - but we will get there eventually. We used this McDonald's for a lesson. Even through our kiddo's struggles, the staff here was super friendly, extra nice and extremely patient with her.
We've been to many restaurants (even some "pricey" ones) where the wait staff rolled their eyes at her/us, got frustrated, even treated us like total crap (altogether stopped coming to our table) because our daughter was matter-of-fact, monotone, loud, inquisitive, and/or confused. Even though we try to nip negative behavior in the bud, quality of service has often gone in the toilet after our kid makes an attempt to be independent. It gets old. But this McDonald's did not waiver from professionalism even for a second. And for that a great big THANK YOU!! ❤
If everyone in every profession everywhere would emulate the work ethic demonstrated by these folks, the world be wearing a...
