Taco John's — Restaurant in Billings

I just went through the drive thru.. The meat & potato burito hardly had any tater tots, was seeping out of the wrapper, had no black olives at all, didn't have any cheese until the last bite.. The tater tots were not cooked all the way, were soggy, mushy, stuck together, spilled over in the sack.. The grease soaked thru the sack, onto the car seat, then onto my table at home.. They were VERY SALTY! They were so coated in salt, that I couldn't eat them.. (I tried).. The soft shell taco didn't have any tomatoes at all.. The meat was not hot.. I was very disappointed.. I used to love the food there.. It was a big waste of my money!! This is the place on...

This store had me laughing. I pulled up to drive through at 9:40. The man's voice on intercom told me his system was down and couldn't take orders. I said, "Well, I'm in no hurry, so I'll sit here a few minutes." I swear to you within 30 seconds he came back saying he could take my order. LOL! Obviously, they wanted to close and not take my order. I proceeded to order $30 worth of food, primarily because I was offended the blatant attempt to not serve me! I didn't roll up at 9:58, it was 9:40, and this business should want my business instead of telling me to leave. HORRIBLE decision, as you've lost a customer. Ps - food was only a 5 out of 10....

Before having to go babysit tonight I decided to stop by and grab some dinner for myself cause I hadn't eaten all day. I pulled up and ordered then realized I don't have enough cash and forgot my cards at home. So I explained I that I forgot my cards and will just take a large Ole. The manager said ok and then came back to me with not only what I originally ordered but an extra taco and said to not worry about it and have a good night.
