Taco Bell — Restaurant in Billings

Update; Feb 3, 2024: I swear that this store is getting slower and slower and more inadequate every day just a little bit more! There is nobody in the flipping drive through and they still have not started either of my 2 DD orders.... I e been waiting 15 mins this time! This place needs a total renovation of management! Because this team really does not know how to work their lazy they're always doing something else I think that maybe they're smoking pot in the back room or something because they absolutely do not have a clue what's going on around them everything's fun and games and jokes but then they get really irritated when you ask them a second time coming up on that orderUpdate for 1/1/24: words cannot describe the performance of this store! It's New Year's and they should have prepared for it! Nope! They ran out of just about everything and still stayed open! It took roughly a full minute to ramble off what they were out of before I could put in my order! No lettuce, sour cream, softshells...a few cheeses were out and no fries! That pretty much wipes out their menu...but they kept taking and serving incomplete orders while delivery drivers got an even bigger shaft! I waited 55 mins for my order that was $6 50. That was my hourly wage tonight!!! Thanks for the bad service bringing in the new year! Everyone else has it figured out but you!

they were doing Great for awhile...Now the are back to the 15-35 min wait time for deliveries! Not acceptable. Update: they're going right back down to a one star because of the way they handle the delivery orders vs all other orders... they told me that they were making my delivery order ... Then a bunch of individual teenagers came in and they pushed my order aside and helped 20mins worth of kids! That is not good business! Taco Bell needs to get this handled . this is becoming a huge dilemma I don't want to take any more Taco Bell orders because they're inefficient! All the other businesses in town do not have this problem!!! They seem to know how to manage their deliveries along with their other orders! Why is it the Taco Bell is having such a hard time and the thing is they don't care! And I doubt if I'll even see anybody address this review cuz they haven't yet! PS. I hate writing a bad review but it has to be fixed! We don't get paid by the hour like your employees!

Update: There was a change in Management and we are seeing much improvement! I say "We" because drivers talk and I'm Reviewing, in hopes that it gets read. PS...I love the smiles they have recently put on! I'm a Doordash Driver. I'm very unhappy with how poorly the service is here now. The manager hates his job and it is rubbing off on the employees. Nobody looks happy there. Nobody smiles and frankly,they are rude! I grew up in this Taco Bell location and now I cringe at the idea of ordering there! I will happily drive the extra distance to go to any others of the 4 locations here in town! They all have a friendly atmosphere, great customer service with a welcoming smile....and they work together Efficiently as a team! Grand should just close their doors or get new management! I hate writing bad reviews... This review was...

I ordered my food and waited my entire 30-minute break, only to find out on my own that they were out of a key ingredient—chips. No one bothered to inform me, wasting my time entirely. When I asked for a refund, I was forced to park, go inside, and deal with an even bigger mess.

The employees? Beyond unprofessional. The level of vulgarity and lack of basic customer service was shocking. It was clear they had no concern for how they acted in front of customers. This isn’t just a bad day—this is a management failure. Hiring staff who behave this way in a professional setting is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the ownership of this location.

I handled myself professionally in person, but I refuse to let this go unnoticed. The lack of communication, the complete disregard for customers, and the overall filth of the establishment make it clear—I’ll be deleting my Taco Bell account and never returning. If you value your time and expect basic respect, avoid this place...

Here's your new years update for 2025..... This place sucks management sucks they lock the doors on us on top of it! I'm not going to get into details but I could do a better job as a manager and make that place actually function properly because these guys are horrible at itThe staff at this Taco Bell is the worst I've ever come across. They are lazy and who knows what they're doing in the back when they're not making their orders which they need to be doing because I have been waiting here for 50 minutes for two orders... And they are not busy I have pictures... As you can clearly see they are not busy at all and they're not working what are they doing for their paychecks !? Absolutely nothing and laughing in their bosses face. Something needs to be done about this Taco Bell cuz this is not acceptable in Taco Bell is losing credibility in business the other Taco bells have it figured out but this one never seems to...
