Fayard's — Restaurant in Biloxi

The absolute BEST poboys in town!! I highly recommend the cheeseburger poboy, country roast poboy, or fried shrimp poboy. They also have delicious biscuits at breakfast time with a bunch of different toppings. They have recently added a drive thru for pick up orders which is so convenient!

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Full of southern hospitality! The store is clean and well organized. In addition to typical convenience store items, they also have homemade items such as desserts (cakes, pies, banana pudding, etc), tuna and salmon dips, grab and go...

This is a clean new facility. I have given it two tries before leaving a rating. For a gas station food stop I found it to be a small portion for a bigger price and average to below average food. The biscuits and gravy are a biscuit with white gravy, but the sausage is a sausage patty that was cut up and sprinkled on top of it. The sausage is not cooked in with the gravy. I was hoping it was just because they were new and needed to get their feet under them, but so far, it's not looking like that. May or may not give them...

I ordered a fully dressed shrimp PoBoy, that was overflowing with golden fried shrimp on pressed French bread and very tasty!! Locals will know that the restaurant is located inside a Chevron gas station with amble seating- great lighting, clean and spacious inside.
