My family and I live close to this location, so it's an easy stop; however, each time we stop there is always some sort of issue. About a year ago, my father and I stopped and after waiting for 30 MINUTES in the drive through we finally get up to the window and gag from the horrendous smell leaking from the window. "Just burnt some chicken," was the excuse we were given. We had already paid for the food, got it, and it made us sick. Went back again at the beginning of the year and the staff was unbelievably rude and condescending. Today, we decided to give it a chance again because of the convenience. The drive through cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE, even went as far as to audibly sigh and grumble throughout the transaction. After ordering three different meals, each with a pepsi, we asked if the L7 came with a drink, and the response we got "ALLLL of our meals come with drinks, you said you wanted all Pepsi, now you're changing it? *sigh," stated extremely loud and condescendingly. After each item we ordered there was a "anything else?" *sigh and incoherent grumble after we said we had something else. We ignored it, completed our order, and pulled up to the window. There she was still extremely rude throughout the transaction. When we received three drink we asked about the four drink. "Uh no you only got three," we asked why when she had said "ALLLL MEALS COME WITH DRINKS." "I did not say that," all while basically throwing our receipt back at us. We took our food and left, once again having a bad experience with the staff. The cashiers name is Kim. She was probably one of the most miserable people I've met while ordering fast food, and THAT SAYS SOMETHING. If your staff is that unhappy working there maybe you should hire people better equipped to work with the public, or at least have them work in the back rather than where they are in constant communication...
Read moreGentleman by the name of Forrest was at the drive through and honestly I was simply impressed with his overall Joy, and happiness to be at his job where he serves customers and meets new people daily and they are lucky to have him because I’d snap him up in a quick minute for where I work! He was so polite and he had a sunny disposition and very respectful and even though I was tired and had long day and was just in my post work shift mindset, he made a impression and lifted my spirit just by the fact he clearly showed others his heart and projected such compassion and dedication that he will be hard to ever forget! KFC you need more people who have great customer service skills such as Forrest and Thank you to Forrest, I appreciated that you had my best experience with your restaurant at heart because I would have drove off without my sauce and just that little extra mile is all it takes sometimes people it’s not difficult to give a little bit extra in your work ethic daily and that’s why I’m giving KFC a five star rating tonight! They deserve it and Forrest deserves the recognition for this job...
Read moreI haven't been to KFC in many years. I happened to be driving past this location and decided to give it a try. I went through the drive-through and ordered a combo meal. I made the mistake of not opening the bag to make sure I received what I ordered. When I got home, I saw that there was nothing in the bag but a container of plain mashed potatoes. No chicken, no biscuit, no gravy. I called and the person told me I needed to drive back to Biloxi to get a refund, so I tried calling the customer service number on the receipt, and that person said all he could do was send me some coupons. (I received nothing, by the way.)
I happen to be back in Biloxi about a week later and I thought I would stop, again, to get the food I paid for or a refund. The extremely rude people working there refused to give me the food or a refund since I had called corporate, and apparently got them in trouble. I had to go through my credit card and do a charge back to get a refund, which...
