Ok im back once again because this same pizza hut here in Biloxi Mississippi next to Fayard gas station on pass rd keep screwing over my food everytime I order from them now this morning I order an large 3 topping stuff crust pizza from my free pizza coupon I received from corporate because they screwed over my pizza and honey bbq wings the last time and now the manager name Jackie And the employee Walter was working this morning and when I picked up my pizza something seemed odd about their behavior but I paid it no mind and when I made it home and opened the box the pizza was very flat and dried with no marinara sauce on it and bubbles in pizza with barely any cheese like come on guys yall joking right? So I called up to the store and Walter answer he quickly tell me to hold on and run to the back where the manager Jackie was and all of a sudden I heard them both laughing away which was odd and Walter never came back to the phone so I hung up and called back then Jackie answered and I told her I was aware of you and Walter killing ya selves laughing because yall sabotaged my pizza on purpose and yall both need firing and Jackie said no one was laughing at you we was laughing because we was trying to figure out how to fix this problem for you like really thats suppose to be funny screwing over people food wow and Jackie a manager with that kind of behavior please someone investigate this pizza because everytime it make me sick like they put nasty things in my food thats horrible! FIRE JACKIE AND WALTER THEY WILL PUT NASTY THINGS IN YOUR FOOD AND MAKE YOU SICK TO THE STOMACH YOU BEEN WARNED!

Read moreAs a customer that has ordered from you all several times.. your process has always been good. But this last time the ball was officially dropped. There was 2 items not delivered so I asked the delivery driver about it and he looked very confused, I told him the chicken. And the blue cheese. Still looking very confused at me I took the receipt and showed him the items. He apologized and I asked if he can just come back with them. I was concerned with his confusion that he may not pull through with this request so u called the store, man on the other end was polite and so was I. He even said he would put in a new order of wings and have my dressing delivered and it came here in record timing considered he tomr me it would be here in 45 mins.. 20ish mins later here they are at my door, steaming hot wings and guess what... no blue cheese. Moral of this is everyone gets one chance. I gave it and y'all messed up again. Improvement definitely needs to be made here. Read moreI placed an order for delivery. I received a text stating my order was delivered, but it hadn't been delivered. I waited a few minutes and contacted the store. I was told sometimes the app is not accurate. Meantime I can see the driver in the area on the tracker. I received my order and I asked the driver where was my drink. I got crickets and a deer in the headlight stare. Then he goes I don't have it and pause and says I can go back and get it. I replied that would be nice since I paid for it. Well after over 30 minutes I reached back out to the store. I spoke to the manager. She cut me off in the middle of me saying what I w anted to say to make excuses about how bad the traffic was and she has new drivers and going on and on about the issues she was dealing with and she was almost hit 3 times making a delivery. Then she goes I will get your item to you. Well an hour or so later I received it. By the way I live 1.5 miles from the store.
