KFC — Restaurant in Bingham Township

Wow... two days in a row. I went into the store because the drive-thru line an extremely long. I only needed to get a Famous Bowl for my child. It took SOOO long to get our order. Two people came up to complain about their order while I waited. The next day, I ordered another Famous Bowl and when my child was eating it on our way to an appointment, he found a long hair. I told him to stop but he said it could have been a hair from me. He kept eating and found another- I made him stop eating. My sandwich was ok. The sides were horrible. I came back to the store to get a refund and a lady was filling orders that had her long hair loosely pulled back in a pony tail. No hair net or a hat. I am DONE with this store. They need a refresher about health department...

So, tonight my family and I went to this location for a meal, which of course included chicken. Being KFC (Kentucky Fried CHICKEN) one would assume they would serve chicken. We make it to the drive thru and asked for a minute to figure out our order, then we were informed that they did not have any CHICKEN. Mind you, we were at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN!!! We were told it would be an hour and a half to reheat the fryers. We arrived 40 minutes prior to closing. The mindset of the employees was not on providing a service to customers, but on leaving as quickly as they could BEFORE closing. This was on a game night. I have given up on this location, simply because they could not provide...

Ordered ahead online 45 minutes before I wanted to pick up my food, get there and they don't have any original recipe chicken. If I wanted original it would be a 25 minute wait. Then I order a pot pie and pay for that in addition. 5 minutes later I'm told it's a 18 minute wait for a pot pie. I got a drink with the pot pie and they are out of all but like 3 choices. No tea, which is what I wanted. No one was polite or accommodating. What is the point in ordering ahead if you still can't get what you ordered? Then you don't even know that until you drive all the way there! Ridiculous!! I will...
