Burger King — Restaurant in St. Johns

This Store Struggles to compete with the Mcdonalds next to it. The food can be generally good and if you catch the right people there it's actually a really good experience. That is why it's so unfortunate when an experience takes away from that. They changed the Meal Numbers recently and when I ordered the same thing that I've always ordered by Meal Number, I got a different sandwich. Simple mistake, but when I called back in to see if I could fix the situation the nice employee realized my mistake and spoke to a manager. She was super friendly however, the manager told her that they could not exchange it because it was "My Fault" even after I ordered Light Mayonnaise on a sandwich that does not have mayonnaise. i’m incredibly shocked and appalled with my experience here. i drove thru the parking lot on 9/19 @ 10:30 (they close at 11:00) and from the window one girl flipped me off and then another one angrily mouthed “we’re closed” to me. when we tried calling to talk with the manager, the girl said she was the manager. highly doubt a manager would carry themselves like that and certainly wouldn’t act like that. if she really was the manager, speaks volumes how burger king hires. will be calling corporate in the morning. update: the general manager joel called us back and apologized for the incident, he gave us a free meal & shake (what i originally went there for). he was really nice to deal with. i just hope this doesn’t happen to...

Every time we go to this Burger King the food is always fresh they always are super kind they always have a smile on their face and I have never had A problem with an employee. Today they accidentally forgot something In our meal and I called about it and the guy was so nice willing to give us extra stuff to make up for it and they were so kind when we got there they gave us extra food I was very grateful that they were just kind and they were willing to fix the mistake.
