Best Wings & Deli — Restaurant in Birmingham

Be very careful to inspect your food and drink if you must eat at this reataurant.

First ordered a whiting combo and wing combo.

Fished looked and smelled delicious...until I broke it open. Inside that beautiful well seasoned crust was bad fish. Dingy and opague looking.

OK so try again. Order shrimp fried rice as a replacement. No problem.

Decided to have a sip of tea while waiting. Big gulp and spit. The tea was soured. Spoiled. But beautifully colored in the cup. Decided to just toss the tea in the trash there onsite because what's the point?

Went next door and purchased bottled teas. No problem.

Buzzer goes off and we pick up the shrimp fired rice. Lots of it. I'm excited because I am so hungry!

Mouthful ... spit again. It literally tasted dusty. Dirty. I wondered if they'd retrieved tossed food from the garbage or floor and then served it in retaliation for our requesting to exchange the bad fish.

Upon close inspection, actually found bits of what appears to be black trash particles troughout the rice. I had originally thought this had been seasoning but a careful evaluation and sniff, I could tell the seasong from whatever this other stuff was.

How does the city continue to allow these people to stay open?

And besides that there customer service is the worst.

Black folk stop spending your money with people who despise you and have utter disregard fir your well being.

Needless to say we NEVER EVER are docking that door again. Its so bad we didn't even want a refund. Just...

The man rang my order up he took all my funds off my cash app card instead of what the balance was after I had paid the first part with cash and only had a balance of nine dollars left I went to pay with the card and they took all my money off refused to refund it kept arguing with me. I paid 69$ for a tiny bit of food and it wasn't suppose to be that much and I didn't get my drinks or anything. Plus he was very rude. I asked to speak with his manager and he said he was the manager. Unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money, argued with I suggest that you do not go to Best Wings & Deli off Richard Arrington Jr Blvd in Birmingham ,Al. But trust me I'm calling corporate and I will get my money back on all of it and let's see if old boy still has his job if you don't want to work with people serving food then don't come here open a wing place and treat people wrong. This person doesn't need a job in customer service. For what I paid I should have received at least double the amount of food that I got. The manager was trying to do to much at once also running all over the place & his mind wasn't on checking me out or me placing my order. Also online the kids meal is cheaper than in store on the menu 4.99 online 7.99 in store ,cheese fries 6.99 online in store 8.99. Thank...

It's pretty good but the sauces are kinda weird tasting i would recommend lemon pepper . It's in the hood and people will harass you for money on the way in . And it's expensive for what it is and no free refills on your drink for your over priced meal . The sign says a 10 wing combo comes with fry and drink for 13 dollars but with no tip it was almost 17 dollar with noting extra added . The staff is extremely nice and seems clean considering the side of town . I would only eat there if you have to be on that side of town like I was i wouldn't make a special trip to come here....
