McDonald's — Restaurant in Birmingham

I wish I could give less than 1 star, this place of business is horrible, as far as attitudes and enthusiasm. The entire staff needs to be replaced. And the person thats working the back drive thru right now, her attitude is horrible and she depressed the hell outta me. I mean I understand that you may not like your job or you may be having a bad day but hell of you chose to come to work today, dammit you need to act like you wanna be there. She's frowned up, didn't say how may I help you or even thank you; she actually acts as if you're bothering her, they make all McDonald's look bad, they're already in a "hood" location, but hell there's plenty of people that frequent this location which should motivate you to do your best, you never know whose watching and able to offer you a better paying job. But your bad attitude, lack of customer service, and negativity completely turns patrons away. This is exactly why I choose to drive all the way to the South Side to get my food. I'll never eat at this location again. You'd think their service would be great being this close to the Princeton, where im sure their employees frequent this place quite often. I'm Truly...

I went in to order and only 3 people was there 2 of witch was picking up door dash they ended up leaving because of lack of service. I waited for 15 minutes before a worker finally came in from outside talking an smoking to get my order. Then the worker in the back cooking was so slow an had no clue what they was doing. The whole place smelled of cigars an weed. There was a person in there asking everyone that came in for money, he kept asking the worker for free food the young boy instead of getting paying customers there food he went to back an got the man who was clearly high free food an drink. The people who was there before me said they had waited over an hour for their door dash order to be put in bags an they finally gave up an left this place is a joke. The bathrooms was so nasty there was no toilet paper in any stall no hand towels nothing it stuck there was urine an what looked like blood in the floor and on the wall. I will never ever go back here had I not already payed I would have left. And to be honest I was scared to even eat the food after I got it. This (by far) has to be one of the worst McDonald's restaurants, strictly due to the customer service. So, just earlier I went there on behalf of a mobile order. Once I gave my order number over the intercom & pulled up to the cashier's window, I was told, "That the ice cream machine was down & would I like something else?" I politely declined, tried to the best of my ability to cancel the order with little to no avail. Suddenly, I went back to the drive-thru, told the same cashier who took my order,"That the app wouldn't let me cancel it." She offered to refund me my money in cash (a Black female who appears to be no younger than 38, the medium skin tone, with short dreadlocks, & eyeglasses). True enough, she gave me my money back, replied, "There you go" in a dry, mean tone of voice. To add insult to injury, neither did she apologize for the inconvenience!
