etting customers know. The manager's attitudes reflects their employees. For instance, after making a breakfast order on the app at 10:09 AM and only being told to "hold on," I waited at least 20 min only for the guy to finally come back to the mic and tell me that they were only serving lunch with a list of what they had. Even though I had proof of the time I ordered, the female manager argued me down saying that I ordered at 10:33. They never apologized for THEM not having the food and this isn't the first time it happened. Yet they have bad attitudes the customers as if it was my fault that the didn't have my food. Tonight my sister made an app order only for them to tell her they only had nuggets. I could go on and on about this location and them constantly telling their customers basically what they have available for the day, but I made my point. They're making a bad name for this location and a few other blk owned locations. Poor training from the head makes a ridiculous body. I do not recommend thus m...
Read moreIf there was an option for a negative star I would use it. The employees in this McDonald's absolutely just don't give a damn about service and the quality of food they're serving. Cold, hard fries, the cappuccino machine is "down" most of the time, the employees are more interested in looking at their phones and in general it's an overall attitude of apathy. I understand that working fast food sucks! I get it. I did it for a year at Burger King but my philosophy is if you accept and cash that paycheck you should at the very least make an effort to do a good job. I felt like I was imposing when I walked in and had the audacity to order something to eat. If they wanted to make my experience so bad that I'd never come back they succeeded. I'm just one jerk trying to eat and my few bucks don't really make a difference but if you do that about 100 times a day I don't have to tell you that it adds up. I don't know what the answer is but if you want to keep losing business continue on your...
Read moreThey have zero respect or consideration for the world or anyone in it.. I went through the drive thru and couldn’t get any service at the intercom for over 25-30 minutes, so I went ahead and pulled up to the main window where didn’t even see anyone at all for at least 20 minutes until the manager finally came ‘fast walkin’ up and threw open the window just to start getting an attitude with me?? Telling me that “you could have at least acted like you have some common sense and blew your horn a couple times so My people would know you be over here chilling in my drive thru window”..
I wished I could say that I was surprised by the unprofessional behavior that was displayed by the Management, but honestly I have witnessed it a few dozen times before by the same female African American middle aged(58-65 years old) manager.. Morning Shift needs some serious help and corrective actions taken place..
Please do something about this terrible behavior and leadership..
