Burger King — Restaurant in Birmingham

This was the worse service I've ever had in my life. It took them like 30 minutes to even attempt to take me order. When they finally got to my order. The guy fixing the sandwiches literally made one whopper at a time. He looked at the screen, made the sandwich every condiment he had to look back at the screen. Put the sandwiches up one at a time. The guy that was bagging didn't even let the order sit under the light while the other fixed it. It took them 45 to 50 minutes to make 4 whoppers and still get my order wrong. All of my food was cold. The manager even seemed to not have no idea of what to do. Service was so bad I didn't even want to think about asking them to redo my order. Let alone at least 4 or 5 different customers walked out because it took so long for them to be acknowledged a hour...

Yes I ordered a breakfast combo. And it took A very long time to receive my order minutes. The manger was complaining about the customers wasting a drink and not telling her. Stating how do I know it’s been wasted unless she was told , instead of canvassing your lobby and checking if anything is wasted or need to be clean. As I continue to wait for my order a guy with a noticeable limp came inside the restaurant wearing a white T-shirt red pants and a mask, he sit at a booth and proceeded to take items out of his underwear and pants and set them on the booth table. The same manager came over to him while he was taking things out of his pants and put them on a table and purchase several items from him and as the same time I asked for different items for him to...

Me and my husband's own a few rental properties in the area and come through Burger King all the time one of our favorite fast food places. However tonight was a terrible experience. We came through the drive-thru around 9: 45 and although I do realize they were getting ready to close the quality and service were unacceptable! I waited for over 45 minutes I have never had to wait that long anywhere! And when I finally received my food, and got home and opened the bag, it was dried up and stale and disgusting, totally inedible! I would love to continue coming to this Burger King as every other experience has been great but I need this made right. I will definitely be stopping in tomorrow to speak to a manager.
