So this McDonald’s is the most convenient for us, but it is the absolute WORST one we have EVER been to. We have very repetitive horrible service here. We only continue to go here because of the convenience. There was once when we went to this location and ordered a ham, egg, and cheese McGriddle and the woman told us that they didn’t sell ham. We got to the pay window and when we asked about the item that was in the menu that mentioned HAM, she leaned halfway out of the window and yelled that they don’t sell ham. Then when we asked about Canadian bacon she said they were two different things and laughed at us like we were the stupid ones. However, the most recent experience has taken the icing off the cake. We drove through around 3 am on the morning of Saturday, October 13th 2018. We ordered a large double cheeseburger meal plain with a sweet tea. Mcchicken plain, large Big Mac meal with a sweet tea, and a sausage McGriddle that we changed to a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle at the ordering speaker. The person asked us if our order on the screen was correct and we replied that there was no screen for us to see it at and we didn’t see it but we heard nothing from the employee. We waited 3 minutes and still heard nothing but heard them speaking to the other people in the other lane so we drove forward. When our order was read back to us, the bacon, egg, and chees mcgriddle was not added and nor was the sausage McGriddle that was originally ordered with our meal before changing it to a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle. We pointed it out and they refused to correct the situation and instead insisted that they couldn’t add it to our meal at the window. The woman that read our order back to us at the window was new and she was very friendly but could only do as she was instructed by the person training her. It was the woman training her that refused to correct their mistake. The new lady was very friendly and genuinely felt bad for our situation and there should be more employees like her at this location who actually care for their customers but her hands were tied. We were willing to pay for it. We were not asking for it for free. I have worked at McDonald’s and this is not the way we presented our company. When I told the lady that it was unacceptable and not great customer service, she VERY RUDELY and SARCASTICALLY told us to have a great night. We didn’t even receive a receipt to show what we had paid for or not paid for. This is not okay. We will finally be contacting corporate after receiving continuous and repetitive terrible and incompetent service at this location. We do not want any compensation for our experience and do not want to receive any free meals. We just want everyone to be aware of how terrible your service is overall. Hopefully this will help someone who decides to put their faith in this very terrible McDonald’s who isn’t there for the customer. They are only there to make their hourly wage and get out. They are never friendly and they refuse to correct their own mistakes. If you don’t believe us, go try it for yourself. Good luck in getting the service you deserve and actually getting what...
Read moreI went there three times in a month long period. The first two times I got the classic “out machine is down”.. which I get. Yah know know orders ice cream in February? But then all three of my roommates had a similar experience all with different time frames, other orders, and crazier stories. One roommate even had the cashier accusing all her customers that night of having been on drugs.. the final moment was tonight. They failed to mention when we get there that they are cash only and only reminded us after we started. They then left us on hold, waited over a minute, failed to take the order down correctly the first time, and were barely audible the whole time. Then when presented with a $100 (something that if you’re operating on cash only you’ll have to be able to handle..) they couldn’t break it. I was going to go inside to ask for franchise information but they were not except to the man sitting in the lobby. Then when we went back through the drive through no one in the store knew any franchise information including phone numbers and store numbers. I only obtained this information after calling, to which I was surprised to hear a real voice and not a robot. I will credit the manager in that she asked if there was anything she could do to help then immediately made me feel angry again when not empathizing or acknowledging my position in any way. She then told me I could call an office number that was open tomorrow but was the only contact info she gave. Another roommate had to search McDonalds website for basic franchise information.
Will not, would not, and cannot express how disaapinted I am in this location, this is where nearly every doctors appointment I’ve had for two decades has been. Turns out the upgrade was only visual.. And all because they couldn’t give someone a simple...
Read moreCUSTOMER SERVICE DEPLORABLE! From the guy taking orders to the manager. I ordered and paid for a plain sundae with my meal. I got to the second window and was informed that they did not have ice cream. Cool, but at that point I need to be compensated and an apology would be nice at the LEAST. The girl asked did I want anything else instead and I asked her if they do refunds. She yelled to whoever “she said she want a refund”and the manager yelled back “she can wait till I’m through” loud enough for me to hear. Let me type in terms that these folks working there would understand because I know big words or proper grammar and communication would be a struggle for you to understand…where they do that at?! Y’all act like y’all frustrated with ME because y’all didn’t communicate to the team member taking orders and payments that y’all didn’t have ice cream?! Make that make sense. Y’ALL ARE THE PROBLEM. and I hate to down anybody job but I see why y’all work where you working and I’ll just start back not going to McDonald’s after today. That’s on me. But a piece of advice. If you don’t like your job, get your education up, learn some basic manners, and find somewhere else to work. You don’t have to be there. But while you there, you should act like you have some decorum, like your mama taught you something. Y'all are an embarrassment. And just in case the problem was not clear for you all: not having ice cream is NOT the problem. Your lack of communication and trash customer service is the whole problem. McDonald’s and hiring managers DO BETTER. Also, why the cheese barely on the burger and sticking to the box? I take back what I said about leaving. Stay at McDonald’s. That’s where you need to be....
