Typical fast food dining and I first got hooked on their burgers in Orlando Florida where it was one location owned and the owner was the manager and it was a great deal and friendly and fast service down there. I went to this location when I first relocated here and used to stop in at least once a week but now that they dropped the size of the burgers down and raised prices and dropped the SENIOR discount I stop going here and for about the same amount of money can get a real burger next door at The Black Market Bar and Grill. Sorry Mooyah but you really dropped the ball especially when you dropped the Senior discount. I actually am also entitled to the Military discount you still give the last time I visited BUT you make it too hard to get the lousy 10%. How many retired vets do you know who comes in with Military ID which you ask for? That is some crazy shit because most of us leave our paper military ID's in our Veteran files where it is preserved AND available when we go to the VA!! Hell, I am also retired law enforcement and I don't even carry my ID or badge around with me and leave that at home as well attached to my shoulder harness in case I need to grab my sidearm in emergency!! Read moreI placed a curbside order from the Colonnade location on Hwy 280. I called as the app instructed once I arrived at the building. I in fact called three time because no one would answer. After 20 minutes and seeing several customers come in to the store and then leave with bags of food I decided to go in since the app still listed my order as in progress. I informed the employee behind the counter that I had been waiting for my curbside order for 20 minutes and she asked if I called. I informed her I had called and she pointed to a shelving station where my food was sitting. There was no apology or admission of fault. I filled my drink and then expressed a need for them to change their signage as picking up an order at the counter is not curbside. Finally one employee said he was sorry as I explained about their signage. I am normally not a “Karen” and don’t post reviews but the app and signage at the location clearly states curbside!! My food was cold and fries were soggy. Not happy at all!! I don’t know how long it was sitting bagged up on the curbside shelf. There were 2 customers in the store and 3 visible employees. You’ve recently had my job taking from me because of the fact that you keep employing people who are unfit or ill prepared for their position. Saturday night, there were so many complaints and people wanting refunds that I found myself doing what felt like managing your store for 9 dollars. I work on the fry machine, 2 customers specifically came in and started to get aggressive and agitated with both of your GS employees because they didn’t know how to ring things up correctly, and afterwards they were unable to give a refund because they weren’t trained to. Your 2 poorly trained employees then came to get me to fix things, I came from my station where I seclude myself, called My manager, I got those people their refunds and out of the door somewhat satisfied, and you fired me because I had no business at your register.
