I visited this spa on June 18th after seeing it on my Facebook timeline the day before. I was excited to treat myself and a friend to a relaxing birthday experience, but unfortunately, the visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the lobby was cluttered and unclean. There were Amazon packages, laundry detergent, and other supplies scattered everywhere. It looked more like a back stockroom than a professional spa lobby. Next, we were shown to the lockers. They either wouldn’t lock or wouldn’t unlock properly, so I had to keep asking for assistance just to secure my belongings. Then we were taken to the quiet room—which was anything but peaceful. The furniture had visible stains, and there were half-filled or empty wine glasses, juice glasses and tea cups left behind on tables and side areas. Spoons were under chairs. It was completely unsanitary and had clearly not been cleaned or reset for the next guests. During my massage, my therapist—Danny B, I believe—used cold lotion and oils the entire time. Even though the bed and towels were warm, the cold products made the experience uncomfortable. And to be honest, it didn’t feel like a massage at all—just someone rubbing in lotion with no real pressure or technique. After the massage, we returned to the same dirty, anything but quiet, quiet room. I had to go find someone just to get a drink. No one was attentive, and the customer service was poor overall. But the worst part? When I got home and looked at some of the photos we had taken during the visit, I noticed that the face pillow—the one you’re supposed to lay your face on when you’re on your stomach—had been on the floor, under the massage table, before they placed it back on the bed for me to use. Completely unsanitary. That, on top of everything else I witnessed, confirmed that this spa does not meet basic cleanliness standards. This was my friend’s first time ever visiting a spa, and I was so excited for her to have a great experience, especially since it was my birthday. But it was honestly embarrassing and disappointing. I’ve been to several spas before, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t be...
Read moreThe place is really nice, clean and peaceful. The front desk is very polite and helpful, they really make sure you are good! I booked a package for my husband (massage, facial, pedicure) for his bday. I booked myself a massage and facial.
SOPHIE WAS AMAZING for our facials. When we both walked out we both looked at each other and said facial was our favorite.
I couldn’t get a pedicure but the reason I’m rating 4 stars is because the only reason I booked him a pedicure was so he can experience the good pedicure with good deep massage. I was told pedicure was 50 minutes and would have a longer massage than a normal nail salon. My husband had Nila I believe and he wasn’t taken to his pedicure until after 12:05. I’m not sure of the exact time because I left for my 50 min facial. He had a 12pm pedicure and I had a 12pm facial. I came back from my facial at 12:50 and he had already been back at the relaxation room for about 10 min. So he pretty much had a 30 minute session instead of 50 (approx). He said he only got a brief few minutes of leg/feet massage and that it felt as if they were trying to rush through his pedicure.**
We had Dandi and Christi for massage and it wasn’t what I expected.
I really just wanted to give my husband something to feel relaxed. But thank you to Sophie he did enjoy something from the entire experience.
I really wanted to rate this place 5 stars because it was such a good environment with great front reception staff. The place was clean...
Read moreTerrible service. First time trying to visiting this establishment and could not locate it because it's not easily visible from the street. I called and was immediately put on hold. For fear that I wouldn't make my appointment in time, I called back and asked the receptionist what they were located next to. She refused to answer and said that i would have to hold. I called back hoping to get someone else but the same receptionist picked up and IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I was so shocked. So I called back and was again immediately put on hold. After waiting about 10mins the receptionist takes my call and pretends not to be familiar with the stores in the area near them. She finally tells me they're located right next to Panera (which they are not). Ultimately I didn't make the appointment on time and went in to let them know that I was not pleased with the lack of professionalism and did not feel comfortable receiving a massage from someone who treated their customers the way that they do. I also advised that I would like to not be charged. The manager that I spoke with seemed to be under the impression that being rude and unprofessional was ok and refused to cancel the service. She advised that they would still charge me for the service which is absolutely insane. If you want to interact with some of the most unprofessional and rude employees ever, by all means, visit this spa. You'll need a massage after the stress they...
