The server came from behind the food line came to a table where her friend was grab a chicken wing ate it and was acting childish in her food gloves then went back to serve people without changing her gloves. Another employee was giving her friends free cokes and stuff. The next day the same worker eating the chicken wing was very rude and snappy with an elderly lady and it was all very uncalled for. The whole crew including the supervisor needs to be fired. I have video of the employee eating the chicken wing in her work gloves. St Vincent or UAB you can do better with hiring employees. Very disappointed in what I have seen in the last 3 days the way they act and treat people is very unprofessional. Absolutely horrible experience. The staff took my wife's order for a simple hamburger but instead of not adding cheese they made her wait over ten minutes and when she politely asked where her food was the cashier wouldn't even look her in the eye, and the grill cook gave an extremely aggressive bark of 'ol, bye!' when she tried to change her order to something they actually had. They were extremely rude, confrontational, unprofessional and downright aggressive. After getting some food at last my wife couldn't even finish it in peace as the two female employees were noticeably staring and talking about her where she sat. She was extremely distressed and felt very unsafe so she left without finishing her food. This is completely acceptable and we will be lodging a formal complaint with UAB St. Vincents. Will not...

Found long greasy hair in my food took it back up there and they refused to fix it after I talked to the manager. Do not go here It was 3 dollars for a powerade and 3 dollars for a body armor drink 5 dollars for a black greasy haired philly cheesesteak. No hairnets no gloves I saw nothing!!!
