McDonald's — Restaurant in Bismarck

Removed two stars because most of the workers are so incredible and very sweet hard workers, I'll miss them :'(

We come to this location multiple times a week, every day for coffee and multiple times for food. Yesterday I went through the drive through and ordered my usual. I literally order this every single day for the last couple years. I did not order extra ice but that's what he heard (I think his name was Ricky?). When I got to the window I said I had ordered no ice. He started arguing with me and very harshly demanding that is what I had ordered and didn't want to change it. It was incredibly weird of him to be standing there getting angry about ice and yelling at me and him being right was more important. I wasn't really saying anything and he just kept repeating that I ordered extra ice (dude I've ordered this everyday for like 3years!). The way he acted ended up triggering my PTSD and I started crying, needless to say I will not be back. Sorry to the guy that brought my food out to me while I was having a panic attack and crying. I hope I didn't upset you I wasn't trying to be rude. I will miss the other employees that I've gotten to know over the years as 99% of them are so sweet and friendly. Update: WOW, I just walked into a new remodeled fast food joint, completely devoid of customers. I can see why. It's like walking into a doctor's waiting room. After getting my order, I see why the real reason for no customers, the food sucks. My $2.99 breakfast burrito was cold, hard, and only had a tablespoon of filling. There isn't even any homeless people hanging out! They have better taste than the food!

Update: If you are in a hurry for an average meal with cash, don't even try to order inside and eat in. It is by far faster to go through the drive-through, then park and walk in, grab a table, and eat your underwhelming meal. Using the kiosk, then standing in line for someone to pay and then waiting for your food as a lower priority than drive-through only pisses one off!

I came in for a quick breakfast sandwich. I ordered, was given a number for the table and was told they would bring the food out. My problem was every table was taken with about 50 percent paying customers and 50 percent homeless. The place smelt like an old gym bag! I had my order bagged for takeout. We went through drive through and Sarah the drive through crew trainer was really snotty and we only asked for our ice waters before we were to pull ahead and wait on our food and also wanted her to know we had to orders for the vehicle and she was all snotty when I asked her name because she didn't want to serve us our drinks or food and I told her I'll file a complaint and do a google review and she said go ahead with a snotty attitude and the manger chad came to the window and said what's happening and we tried to explain and he didn't really car and so we asked for our food and he said I can refund you for a Big Mac that was free from my McDonald's app and I told him I'll file a complaint and he said ok I don't care he would accept the consequences and had to go somewhere to eat it's getting ridiculous how Mac Donald's customer service is and all they care about is getting there drive...
