if there was a - star i would give it for this place , i was so excited to have a new breakfast place to go to in Bixby but i was disappointed right on my first visit, i t was a Wednesday, brought my coworkers to come eat breakfast and Jimmy's in Bixby, jimmy's eggs stands for a breakfast icon, i have so much negatives and don't know where to start, we were seated right away, which explains why they have 13 girls on the floor, it wasn't busy at all, took 5 minutes to get our drinks, another 10 to order and 15 to get the food (not all of it) everyone get to start eating while i was still waiting for my egg benedicts which arrived 15 minutes after everyone else's , food was undercooked, hashbrowns was probably microwaved (still white like never touched the grill) , eggs supposed to be over medium well came out over light , runny and gross, one of the plates had crispy bacon came out limp, we had to keep asking for refills on coffee while they had 2 other tables, waitress was so busy talking to her friends instead of waiting on us, got the check 68 dollars for a sub par food for 5 people ! I was like maybe because this was their first week and they are still training their staff, webt again tuesday , 3 of us because the other 2 said oh hell no thats it for us we are not going back, wish we have listened to them , went in, place was dead with only 4 tables in, waited 15 minutes for our precious waitress to finally come to our tables , at that point we were like oh Thanks but no thanks thats it for us , got up and left!! Kendra told driver that the orders are not supposed to be pick up until they say the order is ready not knowing when driver receive it's a time that's it's supposed to be pick up. The older lady was asking drivers of names and when driver educated her that the name she had was not that she rudely responded that the order would be in Togo area. This location said open but we could not order on GrubHub or any other platform (kept telling us we had to schedule order but couldn't choose any options, this was only happening when trying to order this location so not a user error or grub hub issue). Uber eats was sending from the BA location which is much further from us as we're literally 4 minutes from the Bixby location.
