McDonald's — Restaurant in Bixby

First off let me start by letting you know I am a pregnant mom with a one year old. My son and I had lunch at this location. I walked in without be greeted by one of the many employees behind the counter. After standing there for a minute the manager, in Spanish which I understand, asked the employee standing behind me to instruct me to use the self serve screens. I have a child on my hip and I'm pregnant, so I was not pleased to have to figure out how to use this stupid screen. The lady noticed I was irritated and went behind the counter to take my order, Thank you! So then we are all done ordering and I ask for my drink. She information me it's behind me, so I turn around and there are all the sizes of cup with no size labels, I grab what I think is my size and go over to the machines to fill it. I still have my child on my hip so I'm doing everything one handed. I pick up my soda and look for ketchup, well it was in a pump and there was no way I could grow a third arm to carry my ketchup, so no ketchup for us. They call my number, we get everything and start eating. My sandwich had so much mayo on it it was making a mess everywhere and the fries were already cold. Then this grown man sits behind us and when his order was ready they delivered it to his table. That just made me so mad at this point! It would have helped me out so much to have our food delivered to our table and I would probably be writing a positive review right now because the small stuff really matters. I've been in food service my whole life and I gave better customer service in my sleep! It's also irritating knowing that their starting hourly is more I ever made as a cook in a 5 star restaurant. There was more than enough employees there also for them to go a little further for their customers. I don't eat there often and customer service means a lot to me so I don't think I'll be going back, there are plenty of other options right...

This location really needs an adult to monitor this zoo. We used the drive through to get something to eat on the way home around 10:00 in the evening. Over the speaker we were asked for our order. We ordered two fish sandwiches and 20 Mcnuggets. Usually we get a response pretty quickly with our total. At least that is what's normal at other locations. After waiting a bit she asked if we were ready to order, so we ordered again and then drove to the first window and paid. We then proceeded to the second window were there was a person standing there with his back to us. We waited for a while and then called out. He turned around and asked us what we needed. I told him our order and he said that it is not ready yet and turned around to to continue talking to the young that he was joking around with. After a few more minutes I called out again and he seemed upset that I would bother him. He opened the window back up and asked us to pull ahead and wait in a parking spot. After waiting there for about 15 minutes my wife walked back to the window to see if they had forgotten about us. He rudely told her that it takes 8 minutes to cook the fish, which me wonder what they were doing prior to putting it in the fryer since we had already been waiting a good 20-25 minutes already. When the girl finally brought it out it was cold. My guess is that the food was cooked a while ago but they were too busy goofing off instead of taking care of custmers. We ended up waiting until we got home so that we could pop it in the microwave to warm it up. This was definitely my worst experience visiting any place that serves food. Management does nothing to follow guidelines for COVID. Most are not wearing gloves or masks. They don't even bother to wear them when delivering the food curb side. My food was curb side delivery but when it was brought out they took it to the wrong car. After they realized this they then took it back from them and then took the same bag of food to me. When I asked about why there were no drinks I was first told they I had not ordered any. I had to show my receipt to prove it. That's when they decided to tell me that the other car must have it and that they had mixed up the order. When I said they I would not except food out of someone else's car they then said they would remake it.

Their idea of remaking it is to give me only one slice of meat on double cheeseburgers and spicy chicken nuggets in the kids meal. When I had the audacity to say they should not be giving food out to other people after it was handled by non workers I was told that is what McDonald's policy is even during COVID. I said that's not acceptable and that since they are busy to come back later.

When I came back later they wanted to know how long I have worked in the food industry and then told me I didn't understand how the food industry works. They said if I could do a better job then they are hiring and could come work for them.

Worst McDonald's ever and with all the health violations it is a danger. I will never be back to...
