Wingity Ann's — Restaurant in Blackman Charter Township

I like to give any restaurant at least a few tries before I get a final opinion. However what prompted my review is that I was served the most disgusting piece of meat I have ever seen from a restaurant. Every time I have come in, customer service is terrible, and they are always out of multiple things. This time I wanted tenders, woman said they are out. I asked what she would recommend she said the chicken sandwich. I ordered that, I guess they are “discontinuing pop” so bring your own drink. I walk out to my car after getting my order, the chicken is huge, but what was absolutely disgusting is that as soon as I picked up the sandwich the bottom bun was already mush and I could not even bite into the chicken. I took apart the sandwich, all the breading slid off and it felt like rubber. I could not even tear it apart. “Wings are good”, my husband says. The rest of my experience was terrible. I ordered the chicken and waffles and received no cutlery. When I asked for a fork and knife I was told there are none. How am I supposed to eat this, I ask. Tear it apart with your fingers, I’m told. No. Then the owner sits there shaking her head, glaring at me and berating me for wanting my money back because I refuse to eat maple syrupy waffles with my fingers. Her husband stated he would give me my money back, but I am asked to leave, even though my husband is still eating his meal. All because I “riled her up”. I did nothing but stand there and take the belittling until it got to the point of her being disrespectful as I am still a customer. She could have even offered to replace my meal with something easy to eat, or, heaven forbid, walk next door to Walmart and buy some plastic knives. I called to place an order for 250 wings +30 pieces of catfish. I was quoted a price from a lady named Jalonnie $268. I arrived to pick up my food.& I was told another price which was calculated to be $200 more which was a total of $486, so I had to take the catfish off in order for my total to be what was originally quoted to me, I was very disappointed. I asked if there was someone that I could speak to in charge. I was told there was no one in charge. There was no one that I could talk to about this situation.
