Sad that ppl work jobs they HATE and then share that nasty energy with their customers. I'll pray for you. New bourban sliders "processed" rib n chicken, were both fed to the dogs. 1 bite of each was more than enough. And i asked to have a strawberry peach lemonade but was told i can't mix? They use syrup PUMPS so same price, same amt of syrup but i can't have 1 of SB and 1 peach rather than 2 strawberry but he was more than willing to fill my cup with $2.99 plus tax in ice. Pulled up as the first car. Nobody behind us. Placed order and was told to pull forward as they are going to make new chicken. After 12 minutes and 3 more cars waiting now the lady in the 3rd car goes in and gets her food. I was floored. So I have them 2 more minutes and stayed to go in ad they were just now bringing food out. They did apologize but when the chicken sandwiches are cold and the fries are dry and burnt. Not a customer in sight. Waiting in drive through for couple minutes to order no big deal. Crabby dude takes order. Ask twice for a sauce and get ignored. My lemonade was in like a kids meal cup(this store always gives me different sizes) but this was a sippy cups sippy cup and only filled 3/4. Chicken was cold cold. Couldnt even eat it. Fries also were definitely not warm but edible. I never thought id have to leave a arbys a bad review but I knew it would be this location if I did, and this time I couldnt not say something.
