We ordered from the Popeye’s app, and while there were a few bumps, the team at the store handled it really kindly. We originally ordered a fish sandwich, but when we got there, they let us know they were out. That was disappointing, but they made up for it by offering shrimp instead and even gave us a free extra side—super nice of them!
We also got the dill pickle lemonade and the fried pickles. The lemonade was really good, but the pickles had too much breading so we couldn’t really taste them. They also forgot our Coke, but honestly, that might’ve been an app issue, not the restaurant’s fault.
The weirdest part? One of the workers actually asked us to leave a bad review—which caught us totally off guard. We didn’t really get why, because the staff was actually very friendly and tried to make things right.
So, not a perfect experience, but the service was kind, and we appreciate how they handled the mix-ups. Just hope they get fish...

I showed up around 7 PM, well within normal dinner hours, only to be told that they were completely out of bone-in chicken — the signature item the entire brand is known for. How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken during peak hours?
It’s frustrating to make the trip expecting a proper meal, only to be turned away or forced to settle for something I didn’t come for. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, which makes me question how well this location is being managed.
I hope corporate takes this seriously — this kind of experience makes it hard to stay loyal to the brand.

We had ordered 2 10 piece from the app so they had to make it fresh but that was ok. When we got home it was past closing time. WE opened our chicken and it was half cooked so we ended up throwing it in the garbage. I tried to call and no one answers. So the next morning I called and made a complaint about our food the manager which was a lady sounded like she was Mexican or Indian, she was really rude and unprofessional and she hang the phone up on me I called back multiple times and no answered the phone.
