Alright, buckle up for a ballad of Lexi, the most magnificent server at Chili's this side of the Mississippi (and probably beyond)! From the moment we walked through the door, our evening was bathed in the warm glow of her hospitality.
Lexi wasn't just your average server, flitting about like a caffeinated butterfly taking orders. No, Lexi was a glorious symphony of attentiveness, a whirlwind of efficiency wrapped in a smile that could melt a Texas Roadhouse slab of butter. Her presence radiated a genuine warmth that instantly put us at ease.
As we browsed the menu, Lexi materialized at our side like a Chili's-summoning genie, ready to answer our every indecisive question. Her knowledge of the menu was epic, like a walking, talking Chili's FAQ with a dash of sassy wit. Did we have a hankering for the molten lava goodness of the Molten Chocolate Cake? Lexi steered us right, her voice practically singing the praises of its rich, decadent glory. Did we crave the timeless perfection of the Presidente Margarita? Lexi was there with a knowing nod, as if to say, "Excellent choice, my friend. You won't regret this fiesta in a glass."
But Lexi's brilliance extended far beyond mere menu mastery. Her drink refills were balletic in their swiftness, arriving just as our glasses contemplated dipping below the rim. Our plates were whisked away with the practiced grace of a seasoned magician, leaving not a single rogue french fry behind. And let's not forget her expert timing! Lexi knew exactly when to check in on us, ensuring our dining experience flowed smoother than a Texas Honeycrisp Apple Crisp.
Now, some might say that a server's job is simply to take orders and deliver food. But Lexi, oh Lexi, transcended such pedestrian expectations. She was a magician of merriment, a weaver of good times. She engaged in conversation with the charm of a Southern belle, making us feel like the most important guests in the entire restaurant (and let's be honest, on a Friday night at Chili's, that's saying something!). Her laughter was infectious, her smile genuine, and her ability to anticipate our needs nothing short of phenomenal.
By the time we reached the dessert phase (because let's be real, at Chili's, dessert is practically mandatory), we felt like we had just experienced a five-star dining adventure, all thanks to the stellar performance of Lexi. As we settled into our Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae (another win expertly recommended by Lexi, by the way), we knew we had to sing her praises from the rooftops (or at least, from the comfortable confines of our Chili's booth).
So, if you ever find yourself at the Blaine Chili's, and you're lucky enough to be seated in Lexi's section, consider yourself blessed. You're in for an unforgettable dining experience, all orchestrated by the magnificent Lexi. She's not just a server, she's a Chili's champion, a legend in the making, and a beacon of hospitality in a world that often feels a little short on smiles. Thank you, Lexi, for making our Chili's night an absolute delight! You're a true gem, and we hope your manager knows just how lucky they are...
Read moreI went in and ordered a take out order for us. The hostess told us to go around the side to the takeout order location and they could take my order. I went and waited and waited for someone to show up. The bartender and group of employees talking all saw us standing there waiting. Finally the girl came and took our order. She looked and sounded annoyed to take our order and snappy if we asked a question. After talking our order she said ok they will get it started. She then shook her tip jar at me saying tips are appreciated before disappearing into the kitchen. Our order was taking some time so we had a drink at the bar as we waited. The bartender was very nice. The drinks were ok. Tasted very strong and was told I just needed to finish the bottle off so I put some extra in your drink. Thankfully I was getting food to follow because that night 5 people got pulled over outside the restaurant at different times while I was had having my drink and waiting for food. After finishing drinks our order was up. It was a big bag full of food. We got it home. I opened the fajitas and they were wrong. I ordered chicken and steak. I got chicken and shrimp. Thankfully I'm not allergic to shrimp. The fajitas mix under it was 95% onion. There were very few peppers in it. The burger meal was soggy by the time it got home. The fries and bun limp and soggy. The best part was the chips and salsa. I warmed the chips up in the microwave like the sticker said and yes they were overly salty but delicious with the salsa. There was a big bag of chips so definitely couldn't eat them all in one sitting. I sprinkled a little cheese on them before warming them up the next day. They were delicious. I couldn't finish them all because the salt just got to be to much but what I did I enjoyed. The parking lot and restaurant were pretty empty for dinner. It was quiet and very clean. They had like 5 big screens in the bar playing different games to watch. There is a little tablet on your table that you can pay to play as you wait or to entertain your kids if they need a...

The manager Art stops by.He asks about my inquiry about the 30 minute ticket time He says it was 22 minutes as one of our party ordered her steak medium well. Both steaks were bland and one was tough..I let him know the food was bland. My nieces broccoli was saturated in butter.Art says no butter used.Told him its soggy.HE CONTINUES TO DENY THAT AND SAYS FOOD AND COOKS HAVE NOT CHANGED AND THEN ASKS IF WANT A REPLACEMENT.No thanks.Told him wanted to let him know and thanks for coming over and wanted to try to finish my meal while it was warm. Nothing more from Art.The server dissapeared and avoided our table from that point. We waited about 10 iminutes for the check. I went up to the server for a box and the check. The box was for the dogs dinner.THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPIERENCES I HAVE HAD. Poor service.Mediocre, bland food. A manager who did not handle anything correctly. The server was tipped 10% accordingly. The manager, Art stood at the server station..while a dirty table 10 feet from him sat for at least 30 minutes...it was still sitting there when we left. This visit was the total opposite of our experience back in August 2018. Chilis corporate should send in someone when this location is...
