I TRIED TO ORDER A SPECIAL VEGGIE STIR FRY AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY PUT OUT ABOUT IT. I ONLY WANTED VEGGIES....BROCCOLI, ONIONS, REX PEPPERS, CARROTS, MUSHROOMS, AND MAYBE A COUPLE WATER CHESTNUTS. THEY WOULD NOT ACCOMODATE ME AT ALL. I ENDED UP WITH WHAT THEY WANTED ME TO HAVE....WHICH INCLUDED GREEN BEANS WHICH I HATE. I ALSO ASKED THAT THE VEGGIES BE COOKED LONGER, AND THAT REALLY CAUSED A PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY USE A TIMER!!! REALLY??? WHAT A JOKE!! CAN'T THEY TURN OFF THE TIMER AND COOK LONGER OR SET THE TIMER AGAIN?? A BUNCH OF RUDE CLOWNS, AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. OH, I ALSO WANTED TWO SIDES OF TERRIYAKI SAUCE, BUT THEY WOULD ONLY ALLOW ONE! MONEY WAS NOT AN ISSUE. I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE FOR WHAT I WANTED. Read moreI've been going to this location regularly since I moved to this neighborhood back in 2006. As a regular customer, I participate in Leeann Chin's rewards program and periodically redeem accumulated "fortune" points for free meals. I've never had a problem using redemption codes before, but on my last visit, the store's manager refused to honor the code that was e-mailed to me which I had written down on a stick-up note, on the grounds that I could not show it to him on a cell phone. This is disgraceful and no way to treat your loyal customers.
edit: I did report this via Leann Chin's website shortly after the incident took place and was contacted by Pat Herzig (a regional manager) who offered to "help figure this out to avoid any issues in the future." I've since gone back to the same store and another manager accepted the redemption code without...
Read moreMade our night! My son and I had come in on 1/16/2023 about 45 min before closing. We had finished a night of errands and were just expecting to come in and get a quick bite to eat and get out before they closed. I was not expecting any sort of above and beyond service and my night would have been just fine with a standard interaction. But we were pleasantly surprised. The two workers that were there at that time took time out to talk with my son and help him get drinks. They came out after we started eating and asked us how the food was and chatted a bit. They just had such great attitudes and it really made my night. It has been a bit since I have been dining out that I did not feel like I was inconveniencing the workers by being there.
