Where do I start. I have 20 years experience of food and service industry. I HATE complaining because I think everyone should work in food and service industries before they make complaints. It is busy stuff runs out people do not show up and food gets messed up. However customer service no matter the stress levels should always be fully stocked. Tonight was BOGO night we were seated and MARIAH was our server or lack of. The BOGO deal was not explained at all. We received 3 of our 4 drinks and the 4th one 12 mins after the first 3 (our family is 4 ) I order 10 wings for myself, my daughter got 10, and we thought would be part of this deal BY ONE GEY ONE my fiancĂ© got 15 and our son ordered 15 which we thought would be part of this deal. When our wings arrived I had 20 my daughter had 20 my son 30 my fiancĂ© 30. It was overwhelming. Not to mention it was no deal we did not want that many wings. My fiancĂ© wings where very hard and dry. All the wings came out a different time frames not together some of us were eating while others were waiting. My fiancĂ© did not eat his wings which he notified Mariah and she needed to discuss with her manager what they can do. She comes back to get his wings and take them off the bill absolutely we did not want them you are suppose to do that but she did not offer another option or discount for future day nothing customer satisfaction was given you took some wings away and off the bill we did not want bravo. I than asked about the BOGO deal how does it work because we had way more than we needed. MARIAH told me she ASSUMED I was going to eat 20 wings my teenage daughter was going to eat 20 wings my teenage son 30 and fiancĂ© 30 thatâs a 100 wings for a family of 4!!! And you assumed?Why was it not explained? Why was there no hey welcome to BWW tonight we have BOGO have you been here before? Do you have any questions? No customer service whatsoever! Carrots forgotten drinks needed to be asked for refills. These industries are 50% food and drinks & 50% customers tonight was -100 it was all bad. I explained that assuming my order and also having your own opinions and complete disrespect will not get you a tip she decided to inform me how she does not need my tip! The boldness listen if your working Thursday night in a service industry on BOGO night one of the more busy nights I can assure you that your there for the tip I worked in these parts before 90% of people love service because with a great personality on a busy night you make bank. Anyway when asked for manager to inform her of her employee and I asked how long she (the manager) has work in the service industry 20 years she stated she sided with her employee. We still paid our bill which I can pay no problem nothing else was attempted to solve a problem no desert no free drink next time coupon nothing I donât care if I said I can pay it and cash me out you could have tried to take off the drinks at minimum. Itâs always something at this location I kept coming back because of convenience to location but I will drive up to Riverdale. If a boy named Tim served me a normal PB&J, with a cold glass of milk, from a a crudely made stand at the end of his driveway, I'd probably say, "Thanks Tim" and proceed to give him 3 stars for solid reliable service. Maybe a fourth star if he used crunchy peanut butter and had a variety of jams. To earn a single star, you have to be very bad at what you do, which this Buffalo Wild Wings is. Now, I don't have high standards for Bdubs; I expect low quality food at medium quality price. If they hit that bill, sure I'd give em 3 stars. But they did not. All of my food was cold, the wings were very hard... maybe they had been overcooked? And the poorly done sauce job did little to mask that abhorrent frozen after taste that's present in half the wings you eat. I was fortunate enough for all of my food to actually be present in the order, but 4 people in my 6 person order had missing items (fries, salsa, queso, etc.). I don't usually care about service much, and I try not to raise my critique eye brow over it, but I witnessed a laughable encounter when I first went in there... the hostess tried making someone pay for food that wasn't his, and insisted on this, when he told her that he had already paid. Turned out she was just mispronouncing his name and she had grabbed the wrong person's bag. But it was funny, and felt worth mentioning. If you saw the 3.8 (as of 11/19/2021) rating, and are reading reviews, on the fence about ordering from here, please don't. If you are badly craving wings and bdubs sounds like the place, it isn't. At least this one isn't. Please let this review be a warning.    Read moreMy family went out for dinner yesterday tuesday and had bad experience not sure about service but it did disappointed us a bit. We tried ro order some wings they said there a deal buy 5 get 1 free so we did that. We specific asked one order of ck wing no spicy for the kids which we chose baebecue sauce. When they came out they bring the whole tray with spicy wing one side and suppose bbq on one side. I told the server they should put the order separately so the sauce dont touch others. She said when they ger order 5 ck like that they usually put them in a tray. My husband and i tried the mango and the blazing knockout first. The kids have kids menu in the begining towars mid meal we tried to feed mt 2 year old the bbq wings and she was screaming and crying. We did not know what going on som she asking for water so we were like question and start eating the supposely bbq sauce abd it was super spicy. The sauce outside seem like bbq sauce a litle lighter than normal color i called the server down and told her that they give the wrong order. I was super upset at one point she sorry for the messup but not sincere and said if we want more wings or what you want about it. I told her i dont want anymore wings i just want to let you know that this is mess up and thing like thst should not happen.
