I told him, he should walk up to that front and see what type of conditions that counter wad in. Look at the grill. I have never in all my life seen a Chipotle like this. The women in front upset the server with this astronomical bowl and sides. I get it. When it was my turn a young women with a tattoo sleeve came and started my bowls. I could see they were about to get real busy. Keep reading. She did amazing with my food. She pass it off to this young man and he seems rattled by the first lady infront of me. What happens next is a whole fool. He gives me a sprinkle of this 4.00 guacamole on both bowls not one. Then as he is scraping the guacamole, he stirs a plastic cup from the side i could see that fell in the guacamole. I thought for sure he sees it as i see it. He just kept going. Dropped the guacamole on the side of the bin then scrapes it up.with the spoon. Im at fault because I should of told him to.start over. I'm not that type of person but I couldn't believe me whole 4 eyes. I asked for sour cream on the side and it was dripping on the sides and thrown in my bag. I was so disappointed I forgot to give them the rest of my order. As I looked in my bag in the car I had sour cream over my receipt so I can call the manager. It was food all.over the counter. It was chicken stuck to the grill. The manager told me it's when someone doesn't use enough oil. I told him Sir, with all due respect, I've never seen a grill like that. The manager was kind as was I. He even invited me back. I told him I understand how times are I meant no disrespect, but I couldn't buy from them again. I would have to check with an inspector to do so. He was very kind and seem to understand. No disrespect intended. I gave it 2 stars for 2 hands down. Read moreHad to edit my review from 5 stars to 1. This has been my favorite location for years and my boyfriend and I purposely go out of our way to go to this Chipotle. Last night 10/24 they weren't busy. We got up to order our food and noticed they had no fajita veggies, which I understand so I asked for barbacoa, the lady used tongs in the container and was just pulling out huge pieces of meat, she said it was difficult to tear apart, she got another employee and he did the same thing until eventually taking the container away with no explanation. They didn't communicate what they were doing or asked us if we wanted anything else. Which we would have had they had the fajita veggies or if their new steak wasn't dried out in it's container. Instead the employees let our bowls sit on the line with rice and beans and continued to make other people's food, do you know how many different employees arms went across our bowls? Disgusting. Again we were ignored and stood behind the line, eventually we did see an employee cutting up the barbacoa and proceeded to walk away from it. There was zero communication, zero respect, and zero urgency. I understand it's a Chipotle and maybe I shouldn't expect so much but it was and is incredibly disappointing to have had this experience at my favorite location. However, tonight I decided to order online from this location because it would be convenient to pick up some groceries. I called ahead to ask Chipotle if they could put the chicken on the side of my bowl, the gal I spoke to on the phone said they could do this for me. As long as I put in the "notes" (which there is no section for when placing online orders) or by my name. She also asked for my name on my order ahead of time to tell them to put the chicken on the side. I placed my order online and put in the name "Emma chicken on side" . When I got home with my order, the chicken was NOT on the side. You can see my picture for proof that I asked for it on the side. I paid for the chicken bowl, but simply wanted the chicken on the side so my dog could have some as a treat. I don't understand why the employee on the phone told me she would accommodate this but did not. Very unsatisfactory. Also, since I am still paying $7 for a chicken bowl, why does it matter if I want the meat on the side?!?! You guys put guacamole and cheese, sour cream on the side, why not the meat!??
