Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Blaine

Well, it’s official. I will never be back to this location. I don’t know if they have ever given me my correct order. Last time they gave me regular nuggets when I asked for grilled and I didn’t see until I got home, which is not close by. And I can’t eat gluten. Tonight, after a long day at work, so tired, so hungry, I ordered a grilled chicken club with no bun. Before I left, I made sure to check my order given their track record. Sure enough, pepper jack cheese. Yeah, not a huge deal, but I didn’t want pepper jack cheese… the menu says Colby Jack. It’s been that way since the beginning of the Grilled Chicken Club. I went inside and kindly told them about the cheese. I was told they could remake it. I saw the manager (pretty sure) tell the cook that he needed to remake it with Colby Jack. He clearly must have thrown a little man fit because after silence she said, “I know, it’s not your fault.” It very much was his fault… her saying it wasn’t his fault means she was saying it was my fault… I then asked her if I missed something and if there was a grilled chicken club with pepper jack on the menu.. she said “the club can come with American, pepper jack or Colby jack cheese..” While I’m aware of the available cheeses, the default cheese that is ON THE MENU is Colby Jack. I have never needed to specify. I was told it would be 3 minutes for a new club. Over TEN minutes went by after she said 3. I was there for a good 15 minutes while my fries got cold in my car. Wow today I was treated soo horribly here that I broke down & left crying the girl with the silver clear glasses & brown hair shoulder length & wears the blue jacket is sooo rude & like a mean girl I’m a collage student I came at 9 pm just to get some food I don’t drive I walked all the over there after my long shift 4 blocks I gave them my 20$ I used to always come to this chick fila a never had no issues there were litterly 2 people inside I was standing by the door knocking I felt soo invisible & like I didn’t matter I allready was having a really really tough day & like I really didn’t deserve to be treated like that I told the girl I have no where else to go I can’t eat at chipotle because of like health issues I was litterly just wanted chicken stripes Mac & cheese at least get something to eat I was treated as if I wasn’t human she WAS SOO MEAN! & honestly had no humanity whatsoever just straight up Honestly a Karen I will never support chick fil an ever again tbh I knew someone who ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash & they found a piece of blhond hair in there food. It’s 2024 who treats people like to the point of making them cry, I had a stranger outside the store console me & give me a hug as a black women I face soo much everyday in this world & it’s allready hard you don’t have be mean & cruel to people you could’ve went about it in a better way but you litterly just broke someone down why because your day was bad & also not treating them like there human as well you don’t know what people r going through it’s not hard to be kind to people. I won’t ever support this place...

I have had numerous less than ideal experiences at this location, but am deciding to share this recent one because of their lackluster attempt to correct their mistake.

I ordered grilled nuggets along with a kids grilled nugget meal. When I got to the window, they informed me they (somehow) did not have any grilled nuggets. After I paid, I realized that they still charged me for grilled nuggets despite giving me regular ones, so I asked them to refund the gift card I used so they can charge me for the correct items. The person working at the window did not know how to do this, and instead of asking for assistance, just decided to say he could not do it.

So I now arrive home, only to discover that the entree of the nuggets, the largest item I ordered, was missing. All in, I paid $18 for a regular nugget kids meal and a 70% full large fry.

After waiting 2 weeks, they decided not to refund me, but give me rewards for the items that were missing and overcharged for, even though I had to go and purchase another meal because they forgot an entire entree.

I am not sure what it is with this location, but they earn the title for the worst Chick-fil-a in the Twin Cities metro area easily. Please go to Arden Hills, or literally any...
