Potbelly — Restaurant in Blaine

Sooo where do I start? I wanted to go to this store so bad being from out of town and working across the street for a week. Since our trip is ending I asked the team to walk over with me to see what it was about and order. I was raving about how big and nice the store was and so being from out of town I took these below pictures of the menu and of a wall which I thought was really cool. A man hollered from over the counter at me about why I was taking pictures ( can I help you with anything?). I explained that it was a simple review for Google and that it was my first time inside a PotBelly so I was taking photo of the menu, to which he responded " that is not the menu!!" ( the cool wall) I asked is there a problem with me taking a picture of this wall? He responded just wondering. There was a line of people waiting to order and some waiting for their food. Yet he stopped to yell at a customer about taking a simple picture of a wall. Dan's (is his name), customer service is lacking 😑. I left without ordering anything because I was so disappointed and annoyed. The picture of the food is of one of my colleagues and I cannot revew taste because I did not get to eat anything. I will go next door to Chipotle and get my lunch. The sad part is he made a bit of sale from the people I took along with me while I did not get to eat. So the 1 star is for customer service, and me being from Chick-fil-A Corp, customer service is a big part of who we are...

The management here is completely laughable. I ordered from Doordash for pickup and this location gave my order away to a "dasher"--not even verifying the order on the person's phone first. When I went to pick up my order, they never ever even said sorry for their mistake and refused to remake the order. These 18-year-olds, who were apparently MANAGEMENT, have absolutely no skills in customer service. Instead, when expressing our frustrations regarding their refusal to remake the order, they accused my husband of being a "Karen" and threatened to call the cops because he was vocal with his mistreatment.

This next generation of children are socially worthless, have no empathy for others, and lack any sense of respect for others. If this "manager" would have been pleasant and apologized for his mistake, this could have all turned out differently. Instead, he retreated to name-calling slurs. I will never, ever buy food from this location again and hope others read about this blatant disregard for others.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is a sandwich restaurant chain that does not disappoint. This particular store is located in Blaine, Minnesota. Great quality sandwiches are made here!

The food was fantastic. I enjoyed the chili, sandwich, and appreciate the fresh additions to the sandwich. Very delicious!

The service was awesome! Customer service goes far, especially when the customer service is added with a smile. I appreciate the help with the menu and the kind staff.

The atmosphere was clean and inviting! When customers are done eating, the staff cleaned the tables in a timely manner to serve the next customers. I love the decor; the small things added to the neat environment of the store.
