McDonald's — Restaurant in Blaine

We drove up and there was a sign on their speaker saying their speaker was broken, but we went to pull away and someone asked to take our order so we backed up then they said, "never mind pull foreward." that wasn't the worst of it though, we pulled foreward and there was a girl, what looked like, she was taking an order, but then she reaches out of the window to talk to these customers, then waves holds the drivers hand as he was pulling away and told him to back up. He almost backed up into us TWICE, they sat there for a good 4-5 minutes chatting and giving eachother high fives before he backed up a little more, almost hitting us! We drove off then called a manager immediately after, the manager did not care about the situation that just happened, nor cared about her employees terrible customer service. We will never be going back to that location, I was a manager in fast-food and that is no way to treat customers or run a buisness. Update to update: looks like the app ate my order customizations. So now I can't trust the app to order what I select, OK.

November 2020 update: I just tried the app, double quarter pounder with bacon, no onions, no pickles. I noticed I could add extra bacon. I did. How are your cooks able to get the EXTRA BACON but they miss NO ONIONS NO PICKLES directly next to it? Thats 4 in a row guys. I'm out. Never again. I wish I could give you negative stars.

Used to be good. Appears you've hired a new cook who doesn't care/know how to read orders. Been going here for well over a year regularly and you'd never messed an order up. Just had my third mess up in a row. Three strikes, you're out.

We usually come to this location on our way home. Today we stopped there about 1pm. We went inside and ordered from the kiosk a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal. It should've been simple but it took about 15 mins before our order was ready. And there's practically no one inside. The kid just put it on the counter didn't even call out the order #. Luckily I was standing at the front area and just saw her put the food on the counter. Also, they must've remodeled the place because it looks totally different from what it did a couple of years ago. And there's no more refills. For a billion dollar company, they're being really stingy. A senior citizen went up to the counter and asked for refill and was told they don't have that anymore. ...
