This was my first and last experience. I won’t be giving them any business in the future due to the poor customer service. The food wasn’t good either. We ordered a pick up order of about 5 items last night and upon getting home and opening the bag to distribute the meals, we noticed some of our order was missing, and the other items weren’t what we ordered. Having already paid for it we decided to try the other items. Very crunchy, greasy rice, the soup was gross with the zucchini tasting particularly off. So we stopped and made a frozen pizza. Unfortunately, they had closed by this time so we weren’t able to reach anyone. We called to speak with someone about rectifying the order today, and he said they wouldn’t refund something from the night before. I then explained that items weren’t included that we paid for, and he then said he would give us the sauce that was missing from the order and give us a free egg roll. Unfortunately, our experience with their food wasn’t a good one so we weren’t interested in anymore of their food, just a refund. The guy got very rude and said if we brought in all the food we ordered he would possibly refund it? So I packed it all back up immediately and brought it all back. Hopefully he doesn’t give it to customers. I thought it was strange but we were just going to throw it out anyways. Upon getting to the restaurant to drop off the order and get my money refunded, after a ton of back and forth with every employee in the restaurant, they offered me a partial refund, then agreed to refund the full order as long as we never came back again. LOL!!!! WE HAPPILY AGREED!!!! I have to say, I really wanted to like this place so I’m disappointed things couldn’t have been made right in a better manner. First time ever being banned from a restaurant but theirs a first for everything! On our first try too. Super bummer. Just go to the mall. It’s way better...
Read moreMy wife and I (used to) frequently order from this business. I never complained when they would mess up an order, I wouldn't even return it. We had come to expect that at least one thing would be incorrect per order, but then tonight when I called I was met with extreme hostility from the woman who answer for no reason. I started the conversation asking if I could order for pickup and she said 'that's the only kind'. When I asked to order 2 large lo mein no veggies, she began yelling asking me what kind of lo mein. When I replied plain no veggie no mushroom, she replied 'WHAT. KIND. OF. LO. MEIN.' After answering twice I was unsure how to respond, she began naming off all the lo mein. 'Plain lo mein, chicken lo mein, beef lo mein', at this point I responded 'I already said plain', to which she began speaking over me very loudly. 'SHRIMP LO MEIN, SCHEZUAN LO MEIN, HUNAN LO MEIN' At this point I asked why she was so angry and what I had done to provoke her, to which she replied 'I'm not mad', which was clearly a lie as she had been yelling at me for almost 5 minutes and we were only half way through my order. Steer clear of this place unless you are interested in verbally fighting with someone to get your food. Never again...
Read moreRude! They've been rude in the past. I put up with it due to the convenience of the location, but today is the last time they'll ever get a dime of my money. I phoned in an order. The response was, "O.k. 10 minutes. Bye." Click. Hung up on. I live a 30 minute drive away. I called back to complain about how I was treated and to ask if they could have the order ready in 30 minutes, or if I should cancel. I should have canceled. Upon arriving, I again stated my feelings about how I'd been treated. Being "busy" is no excuse for being disrespectful, but it's the lame reason that was offered. I suggested that if they were too "busy" to be polite then they shouldn't answer the phone. It's clear to me they're good at taking money from customers but couldn't care less about the people who order from them. My money will be spent elsewhere. I'm too "busy" to ever...
