Burger King — Restaurant in Blair Township

Worst experience ever! Location Traverse city chums corners. Manager on staff: Jennifer ? At fist we ordered and went home. 2 mins away, the chicken fires 1. were ordered buffalo chicken fires... they were regular chicken fires the a1 burger ordered was ordered and the burger was dried out and yet drenched in a1 i just felt it was old.. i'm pregnant it caused me to immediately dart for the bathroom... which resulted in it going onto the floor. so sorry i couldn't bring it back.... the manager literally said some people come here to get free food! so we called and complained first time.. now we drove back.. and Jennifer wasn't available to handle the complaint this time and was rude when saying this isn't old and were only going to replace the food in the bag... remember my burger.. on the floor.. yup i threw it away what my dogs didn't consume. doesn't change the fact it was really that bad that i threw up!. so after said the replaced the nuggets and the chicken fries.. not the a1... got home the second time... these replacements literally tasted like the exact same ones i just returned... floored this time we called second time... Jenn unbelievably rude mocked me and asked if we were coming back tonight or tomorrow, of course tonight! I'm still very hungry makeining a 3rd dang trip just to still not have the entire order replaced i was still out my burger! thankfully the 3rd time my husband went in and watched them put the food down fresh, mean while waiting for them to get it right. The customer service was absolute ridiculous, personally ill never go to chums corners casianos BK restaurant. There needs to be a line of respect for your customers and making sure your old expired food is disposed of and i don't mean by selling to paying customers. I will never go to this location again. They are racist!

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal for 799 from the mobile app and use my code. I added Onion on it. While waiting for my sandwich, my fries were sitting on the counter getting cold. I finally got my sandwich went to sit down to eat, and there was no onion on it. I also received a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. I politely went back to the counter and ask for onions on the side. I was provided moldy brown onions. I asked for my money back. After explaining this situation to the manager. She went and got another person from the restaurant who asked me what was wrong with the food. I proceeded to explain the same situation again. And was told that I’m getting my refund and I can be quiet and leave the store or they will call the police when I was the one asked again what was wrong with the order by someone else. I told her I was not talking to her. I was talking to him who asked me and then that is when another guy from the store comes out and says he will call the police and I told him to call the police because I am not doing anything wrong. They messed my order up. I am in town from Dallas, Texas. I don’t even live here. On vacation in Traverse City and had dinner at Burger King. The drive through was very busy and when we went inside it was busy as well. The restaurant was big, lots of space, soda and condiment station neat, clean and had everything you needed. The place was spotless, how refreshing is that?? I have been to several that were pretty crummy and not very inviting. Hub got in line to order and I grabbed a booth and got the necessities we needed. There is another big room they have which is separate for families and children, and they have a play station for the kids. It didn’t take much time to get our food and it was piping hot. We both got whopper combos and the veggies were fresh. Excellent sandwiches and a most kind and pleasant gentleman came to our booth to ask if we needed anything and if we were satisfied with our food, was probably the manager, we sure did appreciate that, he made his rounds to the other diners we observed.This Burger King was great to eat at and to the man making the rounds checking on the customers , that was...
